Bin reingekommen und wurde sofort begrüßt. Mich hat ein netter Herr namens Leon "peda" A. bedient. Sehr höflich, engagiert und kompetent. Er wusste was er zu tun hatte. ICH ZIEH DEN HUT!
Walked in and was greeted immediately. A nice gentleman named Leon "peda" A. served me. Very polite, committed and competent. He knew what to do. I TAKE THE HAT!

Not very professional and slightly racist staff. I was not satisfied with the very amateur passport photos and the staff has after several repetitions on my part again pictures taken. The first time I did not get the occasional get the pictures myself. I will not go there again.

Had something to repair from Nikon, which I bought there. There was no interest in helping me ... Was sent away with the words to look it up on the internet ... They don't have that anyway, and they don't send that part in alone. So don't be surprised if I don't get into this business anymore ...

The passport photos are more than unfavorable and seem slightly taken from below and not from the front. Two of us came to take photos, but 2 separate envelopes for the pictures would have been inside. The case for the passport, which is included in the price, is too small and you would only be able to stuff the passport into it by using force.

Markenbrille? Hartlauer? Foto). Fazit: wegen einer kleinen Selbstverständlich total verärgert. Nie wieder Brille von Hartlauer.
Brand glasses? Hartlauer? But without a case! Every (!) Optician (also on the internet) will get the right case for the glasses free of charge when buying any branded glasses. Logical, the brand manufacturer likes to see the logo. At Hartlauer Braunau, things are different: two no-name cases are pushed across the table without comment and added to the price. Only after repeated (!!) questioning it came to light that there were supposedly no more suitable cases. After discussion, a branded case was conjured up from the depths of a drawer. A hat box-size sunglasses case that doesn't match my long-distance glasses, but at least it's free. I bought the second case out of necessity. I didn't want to drive the new glasses around defenseless. I can now bid for matching cases online. Thank you! To be honest: Anyone who falls for badly stolen advertising is really bad advice. With the tough competition, the glasses are available for a massive 160 euros, which can be taken with you in 1 hour (!). There is also the right case without comment (imagine: free!) That you can choose. And even the glasses cleaning cloth from Hartlauer looks rather shoddy in contrast to the blatant cleaning cloth (also selectable) from the other provider (see photo). Conclusion: totally annoyed because of a little course. Never again glasses from Hartlauer.

(ENG) If i could put zero stars i would. I went to this shop to buy two Austrian sim cards that could also call the numbers of other European countries. An employee showed me the offers and I chose one, repeatedly asking if I could call other European countries with this offer. He assured me that I could do it. I paid 40 € for the two sim cards with the registration fee included. When I inserted the sim card on my smartphone I saw that it was not possible to call Italian numbers (I'm Italian) and I went back to the shop to clarify the matter. I spoke to the manager who told me that the offer I had chosen was not valid for calling European Union numbers, but I could only call Austrian ones. I explained to him that there had been a mistake and that I wanted an offer to also call the numbers in my country. He told me that there was nothing to do and that I could buy another sim card with another offer that was also valid for the other countries of the European Union. He would not have made me pay the cost of registering the sim card and would have activated an offer that is also valid for European countries. He told me that the cost of two such sim cards was 20 €. I went back to the shop and he gave me two sim cards, I paid 20 € and he registered them. Then he told me that to use the offer I had to top up each sim card with € 15 (therefore € 30) otherwise the offer could not be activated. My complaints about his lack of clarity on the overall price were useless, despite the initial error being due to his employee. Ladies and Gentlemen, this is the store's custumer care. The final judgment is yours.
