In Lienz slechte service.
Paar brillen gekocht waarvan een redelijk snel stuk is gegaan.
Eerst begaf het linker scharnier het en vlak daarna het rechter. Zeer slechte kwaliteit pootbevestiging. Men kan ook zien dat er niets gebroken is maar dat de poot gewoon in elkaar geperst is, zonder lijm, soldeer of wat dan ook. Ben er ook van overtuigd dat al deze brillen intussen stuk zijn.
Was volgens de medewerker volledig eigen schuld en kon wel tegen betaling een en ander bestellen. Van garantie wilde hij zeker niets weten. Ondanks het feit dat de bril nog lang geen jaar oud is.
Gingen al jaren naar Pearle (in NL) om de service en vriendelijkheid.
Dit filiaal in Lienz is daarop de uitzondering.
Een nieuwe gehaald bij collega opticien in centrum Lienz.

Bad service in Lienz.
Bought a pair of glasses, one of which broke fairly quickly.
First the left hinge gave out and just after that the right one. Very poor quality leg attachment. One can also see that nothing is broken but that the leg is just pressed together, without glue, solder or anything. I am also convinced that all these glasses are broken by now.
According to the employee, it was entirely his own fault and was able to order a few things for a fee. He certainly didn't want to know anything about warranty. Despite the fact that the glasses are far from a year old.
Been going to Pearle (in NL) for years for the service and friendliness.
This branch in Lienz is the exception.
Got a new one from a colleague optician in the center of Lienz.
