★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Kaufabwicklung per click @ collect war in Ordnung. Die gekaufte Ware war aber leider defekt, eine Rückgabe wurde lediglich mit einem Hinweis auf die AGB's abgelehnt. Kundenservice sieht anders aus!
The purchase process via click @ collect was okay. The purchased goods were unfortunately defective, a return was only refused with a reference to the terms and conditions. Customer service looks different!
