M	Manu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totale Freiheit wenn es ginge würde ich 0 sterne geben.SEHR UNFREUNDLICH UND... ...Habe im Februar ein Telefon gekauft(Samsung Galaxy A40).Habe es erst einschicken lassen um akku und Sim-Karte(da es nicht mehr geladen hat und immer die Sim-Karte rauswarf)reparieren zu lassen. Ich habe es nach 2 Wochen wieder bekommen um dann festzustellen das die Sim-Karte immer noch nicht funktioniert und es kam dann noch dazu das sich unter der Benutzung des Handys plözlich der Bildschirm schwarz wird und für eine HALBE STUNDE nichts mehr geht. Habe es dann wieder einschicken lassen. Als ich es heute zurück bekam waren die selben Probleme immer noch da.Wir sind dann gleich darauf nochmal rein und Sie sagte sie müsse es erneut einschicken. WENN DIESE DEFEKTE JETZT DANN IMMER NOCH NACH 6 WOCHEN EINSCHICKEN NICHT BEHOBEN WERDEN KÖNNEN BZW. ICH KEIN NEUES TELEFON BEKOMME WERDE ICH WOHL ODER ÜBEL DEN KONSUMENTENSCHUTZ EINSCHALTEN!! Total freedom if it were possible I would give 0 stars VERY FRIENDLY AND ... ... I bought a phone in February (Samsung Galaxy A40). I first sent it in to have the battery and SIM card repaired (since it was no longer charging and always threw the SIM card out). I got it again after 2 weeks to find out that the SIM card still does not work and then it came to it that the screen suddenly turns black using the cell phone and nothing works for a HALF HOUR. I then sent it back in. When I got it back today, the same problems were still there, so we went right back in and she said she had to send it back in. IF THESE DEFECTS CANNOT BE RESOLVED OR SEND IN AFTER 6 WEEKS OR I WILL NOT GET A NEW TELEPHONE, I WILL WELL OR EVIL SWITCH ON CONSUMER PROTECTION !!

Besser direkt zu einem Shop vom Netzbetreiber gehen, da wird man besser aufgeklärt und beraten. Ansonsten ist das Geschäft ok, jedoch hätte ich mir für meinen Teil erwartet, dass man mir transparent alle Möglichkeiten aufgezeigt hätte, die es in meinem Fall für einen Vertrag gegeben hätte. Deshalb 3 Sterne Abzug. Alle weiteren Erfahrungen, die ich in diesem Geschäft sammeln durfte, waren durchwegs gut. If you have cell phone or internet contracts, I wouldn't recommend this business as you don't get the best deal here. It is better to go directly to a network operator's shop, because you will be better informed and advised. Otherwise the deal is ok, but for my part I would have expected that they would have shown me transparently all the options that would have been available for a contract in my case. Therefore 3 star deduction. All other experiences that I was able to gain in this business were consistently good.
