 Unfortunately, the same thing happened to my mom. She also brought her glasses for cleaning and afterwards they were scratched.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ habe um 16:30 Mittwoch angerufen bei 2 Filialen und wartete bei beiden locker 3 min ohne das jemand abgehoben hätte... wofür hat man da eine telefon Nummer ??
I called 16:30 on Wednesday at 2 branches and waited easily 3 minutes at both without someone lifting ... what do you have a phone number for?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich brauchte neue Brillengläser und fand pearl optik. Empfang und Sprache waren nicht zufriedenstellend, konnte nicht mit Mitarbeiter kommunizieren. Brillengläser wurden ausgemessen und dabei zerkratzt und beschädigt. Musste leider meine 280€ Brillengläser weggeben und kaufte mir neue. Kann man so nicht machen!!!
I needed new glasses and found pearl optics. Reception and language were unsatisfactory, could not communicate with employees. Eyeglass lenses were measured and scratched and damaged. Unfortunately I had to give away my € 280 glasses and bought new ones. You can't do that!

Ich habe mich wieder für Linsen interessiert, jedoch gibt es diese Marke die ich damals hatte nicht mehr und die jetzige Eigenmarke ist von der Qualität her nicht sehr hochwertig! Werde deswegen wo anders schauen!
The advice was very nice! About 5 years ago I had monthly lenses from Pearl! I was again interested in lenses, but there is this brand I did not have anymore and the current own brand is not very high quality! So, look elsewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mehr als eine halbe Stunde im Geschäft, mehrere Brillen probiert, man glaubt es nicht... niemand hat uns angesprochen. Kein Grüßen und zusätzlich in der heutigen Zeit keine 2G Kontrolle.
More than half an hour in the shop, tried on several glasses, you wouldn't believe it... nobody spoke to us. No greetings and no 2G control nowadays.
