Die junge Dame, die sie anpasste nahm sich über eine Stunde Zeit und untersuchte meine Augen sehr genau! Gestern bekam ich sie und ich bin sehr zufrieden. Trotz 8 Dioptrien und Hornhautverkrümung kosteten die Linsen inkl. Reinigungsset nur 210 Euro. Ich bin schon lange bei Fielmann, sie überzeugen mich jedes Mal wenn ich dort bin! I was in the branch in Wr. Neustadt. I wanted hard contact lenses. The young lady who fitted it took over an hour to examine my eyes very carefully! I got it yesterday and I am very satisfied. Despite 8 dioptres and curvature of the cornea, the lenses, including the cleaning set, only cost 210 euros. I've been with Fielmann for a long time, they convince me every time I'm there!

Die Preise sind super, wenn etwas zu reparieren ist, wird es meistens eingeschickt. Da muss man dann schon mit 2 Wochen rechnen. Man kann sehr günstige Versicherungen abschließen. Ich habe für eine neue Brille einmal nur 30 % dazuzahlen müssen, da die alte nicht mehr in Ordnung war. Ein weiteres Geschäft, dass die Innenstadt erhält, sehr zu empfehlen. Then you have to count on 2 weeks. You can take out very cheap insurance. I only had to pay 30% for new glasses because the old ones were no longer in order. Another shop that gets the city center highly recommended.

Höflich, Arrogant.Die Brille angepasst obwohl wir Mns Masken trugen.Habe auch darauf hingewiesen einen grünen Pass zu haben., einfach Ignoriert. Die junge Dame hat mir einen Datum vorgeschlagen, was bei mir leider passte. Danach hatte sie keine Lust mehr gehabt und hat mir einfach angeboten, dass ich Online einen Termin machen soll. Man sollte sich für Kunden mehr Zeit nehmen und nicht gleich anbieten, dass man es Online erledigen soll wenn man schon in der Filiale steht! I was there for the first and last time. I was supposed to make an appointment for contact lens advice and was there in the branch. The young lady suggested a date, which unfortunately worked for me. After that she didn't feel like it anymore and simply offered me to make an appointment online. You should take more time for customers and not immediately offer that you should do it online when you are already in the branch!

Ich wollte erst keine Gleitsichtfunktion, weil ich davon Kopfschmerzen bekomme, aber Herr Weltzer hat mich überzeugt von der neuen Technologie. Jetzt kann ich in die Ferne schauen oder auch entspannt lesen und habe gar nicht das Gefühl durch Gläser zu schauen. Meine Tochter hat auch eine schöne Brille gefunden und ist ebenso begeistert von den Zeiss Gläsern. Beratung und Service sind einfach spitze bei Fielmann und die Preise vernünftig. I am thrilled with my new Fielmann glasses with Zeiss lenses. At first I didn't want varifocal function because it gave me a headache, but Mr. Weltzer convinced me of the new technology. Now I can look into the distance or read in a relaxed manner and I don't even have the feeling of looking through glasses. My daughter has also found beautiful glasses and is just as enthusiastic about the Zeiss glasses. Advice and service are simply great at Fielmann and the prices are reasonable.
D	Daniel K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finde die Fielmann-Filiale spitze und fahre auch nach unserem Umzug extra nach Wiener Neustadt für den guten Service und die größere Brillenauswahl, die die direkte Konkurrenz (P....e) nicht im Sortiment hat. Beim letzten Besuch muss ich besonders Frau Lössel und Herrn Welzer positiv herausstreichen. Frau Lössel ist ohnehin stets sehr freundlich, fröhlich und hilfsbereit. Herr Welzer nahm sich trotz eines vereinbarten 15 Minuten Termins eine volle Stunde Zeit, um mit unserer Tochter und mir gemeinsam das richtige Brillenmodell in Katalogen, Datenbanken und im Internet sehr freundlich und sehr geduldig herauszufinden. So viel Zeit und vor allem Geduld im Kundenservice habe ich selten irgendwo erlebt. Für die Lieferverfügbarkeit rief er dann auch noch beim Produktionswerk unserer gewünschten Brillenmarke in Hamburg an. Top und sehr zuvorkommend! I think the Fielmann branch is great and even after our move I go to Wiener Neustadt for the good service and the larger selection of glasses that the direct competition (P .... e) does not have in its range. On the last visit I have to emphasize Ms. Lössel and Mr. Welzer positively. Ms. Lössel is always very friendly, happy and helpful anyway. Despite an agreed 15-minute appointment, Mr. Welzer took a full hour to find out the right glasses model in catalogs, databases and on the Internet with our daughter and me in a very friendly and very patient manner. I have rarely seen so much time and, above all, patience in customer service. He then called the production plant of our desired eyewear brand in Hamburg to check availability.
