Hätte mich für ein teures Brillenmodell interessiert, Beratung hätte aber dementsprechend intensiver sein können. Schade, denn die Auswahl ist gut. Employees don't seem to like customers and tend to find questions rather annoying. I would have been interested in an expensive glasses model, but advice could have been more intensive. Too bad, because the selection is good.
d	daniela schmidt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spitzenmäßig tolles Service, ich habe bei meiner neuen Fassung mit Gläser 50% auf die Fassung bekommen dazu noch in meine alte Brille gratis neue Gläser in der neuen Stärke, abzüglich des Beitrages von der Kassa habe ich statt 340 Euro nur mehr 135 Euro bezahlt. Die Mitarbeiterin war spitzenmäßig toll in ihrer Beratung und hat mich darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass ich von der Kassa auch etwas dazu bekomme wenn meine Brille 3 Jahre alt und meine Dioptrien sich verändert haben. Herzlichen Dank für diese tolle Beratung bei Pearle Huma Eleven Top-notch great service, I got 50% off the frame for my new frame with lenses in addition to free new lenses in the new strength in my old glasses, minus the contribution from the cash desk, I only paid 135 euros instead of 340 euros. The employee was great in her advice and made me aware that I also get something from the cash desk when my glasses are 3 years old and my diopters have changed. Hingefahren - brav in der Schlange gewartet. Als wir dran waren die ernüchternde Auskunft: Na ohne Termin geht nix. Der Kollege, der den Sehtest macht ist zwar da, hat aber was anderes zu tun… Terminangebot „nächste Woche“ dankend abgelehnt…irgendwie wie vor 20 Jahren am Finanzamt! HP says - no appointment required for eye test. Still wanted to play it safe, after repeated calls, no one was reached. Drove there - waited well in line. When it was our turn the sobering information: Well, nothing works without an appointment. The colleague who does the eye test is there, but has something else to do ... appointment offer "next week" declined with thanks ... kind of like 20 years ago at the tax office!

Although nobody is in the shop, you have to make an appointment for an eye test. Apparently the saleswomen prefer to gossip to work.

Heusenberger sehr geduldig mit mir. Auch bei der Wahl der Brille hat sie mich bestens beraten und jede Option mit mir durchgesprochen. Der Preis war auch Top (Brille mit leichter Tönung und Extras) .
