G	Geli Steininger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zuvorkommende (aber unaufdringliche), geduldige und äußerst freundliche Mitarbeiter, 3 Brillen zum Top-Preis bestellt - wenn ich wieder Brillen brauche, hab ich jetzt die perfekte Adresse ;-) Courteous (but unobtrusive), patient and extremely friendly staff, ordered 3 glasses at a top price - if I need glasses again, I now have the perfect address ;-)

G	Gerhard Huber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brillengläser bekamen nach 2 jahren plötzlich viele kleine risse. Man sieht nur noch trüb. Lt. Verkäuferin wurde das durch die hitze im auto verursacht. Meine brillen v. Fielmann halten seit 17jahren und liegen genauso im Auto ! Nachtrag: Nach mehrmaliger anfrage wurden die Gläser nun doch auf Kulanz getauscht- deshalb gibt es 2 Sterne dazu After 2 years, glasses suddenly got a lot of small cracks. You can only see cloudy. Lt. The saleswoman was caused by the heat in the car. My glasses v. Fielmann have been around for 17 years and are just as in the car! Addendum: After multiple inquiries, the glasses were now exchanged as a goodwill - that's why there are 2 stars

Sehr hohe Serviceorientierung und Top- Beratung. Habe mir gleich 3 Brillen zum günstigen Preis gekauft . Very nice and competent employees in the Donauzentrum branch. They take a lot of time and also like to offer coffee. Very high service orientation and top advice. I bought 3 pairs of glasses at a reasonable price.
D	Doris Meichl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mir vor kurzem 3 Gleitsichtbrillen machen lassen. Wir haben an den Brillenwerten nichts gegenüber meiner Gleitsichtbrille von Hartlauer geändert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Auswahl an Brillen ist sehr groß. Schnell wurden 3 Fassungen gefunden und nach 3 Wochen waren die Brillen dann auch fertig, soweit so gut. Der Blick in die Ferne ist ok im Lesebereich war es unmöglich ein klares Bild zu bekommen. Ich musste beim Lesen an der Fassung immer stark nach links unten ziehen um überhaupt was lesen zu können. War dann zweimal bei den sehr freundlichen Damen die versucht haben den Bügel immer wieder etwas zu verstellen um das Problem zu lösen. Aber leider ist das keine 100 %ige Lösung. Mein Fazit, ich kann die Brillen in der Freizeit tragen ins Büro würde ich mich nicht damit trauen was ich eigentlich sehr schade finde, weil es eigentlich schöne Brillen sind. Ich weiss nicht woran das liegt, aber wenn ich meine Hartlauer Gleitsichtbrille aufsetze brauche ich nicht an der Fassung zupfen, schieben, drücken ... um lesen zu können. Mein Fehler war auch gleich 3 Brillen zu bestellen es hätte auch mal eine gereicht, aber das Angebot war halt sehr verlockend, gleichzeitig muss man auch sagen man kriegt was man bezahlt - Schade I recently had 3 varifocals made for me. We haven't changed anything in the glasses values compared to my varifocal glasses from Hartlauer. The staff is very friendly and the selection of glasses is very large. 3 frames were quickly found and after 3 weeks the glasses were ready, so far so good. The view into the distance is ok. In the reading area it was impossible to get a clear picture. While reading, I always had to pull hard to the left on the socket to be able to read anything. Was then twice with the very friendly ladies who tried to adjust the bar again and again to solve the problem. But unfortunately this is not a 100% solution. My conclusion, I can wear the glasses to the office in my free time, I wouldn't trust myself with them, which I actually find a shame because they are actually beautiful glasses. I don't know why, but when I put on my Hartlauer varifocals I don't need to pull, push, push ... to read the frame. My mistake was to order 3 pairs of glasses, one would have been enough, but the offer was very tempting, at the same time you have to say you get what you pay for - a shame

Die Frage, ob ein Sehtest gemacht werden könnte, wurde zuerst mit dem Hinweis auf eine Kaufverpflichtung beantwortet, was absolut in Ordnung ist. Ohne augenärztliche Voruntersuchung kann allerdings kein Sehtest gemacht werden, wurde uns erklärt. Wir mussten unverrichteter Dinge wieder gehen. Ob wir einen Augenarzt konsultieren oder nicht, ist üblicherweise nicht die Entscheidung des Optikers. In diesem Geschäft leider schon. Unfortunately, it was not possible for us to purchase reading glasses in this shop. The question of whether an eye test could be done was first answered with a reference to a purchase obligation, which is absolutely fine. However, we were told that no eye test can be done without a preliminary examination by the ophthalmologist. We had to leave without having achieved anything. Whether we consult an ophthalmologist or not is usually not the decision of the optician. In this business, unfortunately, yes.

Haben eine erstklassige und große Auswahl an Brillen mit wirklich tollen Designs zu einem Top Preis - alles in allem sehr zufrieden! :) Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt gibt es allerdings doch - der Kinderlärm vor dem Shop ist sehr belastend, wenn man sich in Ruhe eine Brille aussuchen will - das Shoppingfieber vergeht einem da leider. Very nice and competent staff, top consulting and super quality! much time to take for one and are very accommodating. Have a first-class and large selection of glasses with really great designs at a top price - all very happy in everything! :) A small gripe, however, there still - the noise of children in front of the shop is very distressing, if you will choose in peace glasses - the shopping fever goes by one because, unfortunately.
