G	Günter Moser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dieses Unternehmen ist schon an der Grenze der Kriminalität. Zur Erklärung: Meine Frau erhielt eine SMS mit Herr F..... M..... sie sollen sofort bei uns anrufen, wegen Forderungen eines offensichtlich ebenso fragwürdigen Fitnessstudio in Eisenstadt. Meine Frau hat am Abend als Sie das SMS sah sofort angerufen und gesagt, man möge solche Belästigungen sofort unterlassen, worauf ihr gesagt wurde "da hat die Kollegin wohl die Zahlen verdreht und die falsche Nummer angeschrieben". Soweit so gut - aber als wir nach Hause kamen hatten wir das selbe SMS auf meinem Privathandy und am Diensthandy meiner Frau. Das ist Fishing und in der Form nicht erlaubt. Diese Firma sendet wohl wahllos SMS mit Forderungen an Personen die mit deren Fitnessstudios gar nichts zu haben, zumal das Studio 150 KM von uns entfernt ist, um wohl unsichere Menschen zu Zahlungen zu bewegen, die keine Forderungen offen haben. Für mein Rechtsempfinden würde ich das schon als kriminell ansehen und ob es das ist werden unsere Rechtsanwälte in den nächsten Tagen prüfen. 1 Stern aber nur weil das System sonst nicht funktioniert. Richtig 0 Sterne und solche Unternehmen schließen lassen This company is already on the border of crime. To explain: My wife received a text message with Mr. F ..... M ..... they should call us immediately, because of demands of an obviously equally questionable gym in Eisenstadt. My wife called in the evening when she saw the SMS immediately and said, one should refrain from such harassment immediately, after which she was told "because the colleague has probably twisted the numbers and wrote the wrong number." So far so good - but when we got home we had the same text message on my private phone and on my wife's mobile phone. This is fishing and not allowed in the form. This company sends probably indiscriminate SMS with demands on people who have nothing to do with their gyms, especially since the studio is 150 KM away from us to move probably unsafe people to payments that have no claims. For my sense of justice, I would consider that criminal and if that's what our lawyers will be checking in the next few days. 1 star but only because the system does not work otherwise. Right 0 stars and close such companies
C	CR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde über zwei Monate von dieser Firma telefonisch, per Mail und Sms mehrmals täglich belästigt, wegen einem Betrag der zu Unrecht von mir gefordert wurde. Musste einen Anwalt einschalten um dem ein Ende zu setzen, am Ende musste ich nichts bezahlen, sondern bekam von der angeblich fordernden Partei sogar noch Geld zurück. Achtung von dieser Firma wird man regelrecht belästigt!! Rückmeldung auf Ihre Antwort: Nein, das wäre nicht ohne rechtliche Schritte gegangen, da weder Sie, noch die fordernde Partei gewillt war zu kooperieren. Was harassed by this company over two months by phone, email and sms several times a day for an amount that was wrongly requested by me. Had to hire a lawyer to put an end to it, in the end I didn't have to pay anything, but even got money back from the supposedly demanding party. Attention from this company you will be bothered! Feedback on your answer: No, that would not have been possible without legal action, since neither you nor the demanding party was willing to cooperate.
