Ich habe mich während des ganzen Prozesses ideal unterstützt gefühlt, die Vertretung vor Gericht erfolgte in meinem Fall sogar ohne irgendwelche zusätzlichen Kosten. Auf Anfragen wurde immer schnell reagiert, telefonisch oder auch per Mail war immer jemand erreichbar, der mir unkompliziert weiter helfen konnte. Der wirklich gute Service des AKV hat diese sehr unangenehme Situation deutlich entschärft und weniger herausfordernd als erwartet gestaltet. Jederzeit wieder! I felt ideally supported during the entire process, and in my case I was represented in court without any additional costs. We always responded quickly to inquiries, and someone was always available by phone or email who could help me easily. They are quite efficient, and got it in 10 minutes. They are very professional and was even warned me about the fact that the credit report from them may not work at the MA35. But issued only after I assured them it works fine, which was the case.
