Grund: Überbuchung des Hotels Definitiv nicht weiterzuempfehlen!!! Our booking was simply canceled 14 days before departure. (Despite previously received booking confirmation !!!) Reason: overbooking of the hotel Definitely not to be recommended!

Essen eher mäßig. Never 4 stars! !! Broken slatted frame, mold on the ceiling. Dilapidated flower boxes with artificial fir trees and Christmas lights in August. Eating rather moderate.

Neat rooms, spacious wet room Breakfast in Austrian style, everything available Evening food perfect, 5 course menu, really great worthy of a recommendation

Zum Lift 2 Gehminuten, Abfahrt bis zum Haus möglich. Für ein gemütliches Skifahrwochenende optimal. Service and quality convincing. However, very remote from any locality and nightlife, therefore 1 star deduction. 2 minutes walk to the lift, departure to the house possible. Ideal for a cozy skiing weekend.
K	Kons Men on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zimmer sind gut und sauber, Essen ist Super! Lift ist quasi vor der Tür dafür fährt der Skibus nach Kitzbühel/Jochberg etwas selten. In Summe echt Top! Rooms are good and clean, food is great! The lift is practically in front of the door, but the ski bus to Kitzbühel / Jochberg is a bit rare. All in all, really great!
O	Olga K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dieses Hotel verdient absolut keine 4 Sterne... Zimmer sind in einem äußerst schlechten Zustand. Aber wenigstens sauber. Reinigungspersonal macht gute Arbeit. Aussicht von einer Seite ist zwar ganz hübsch (auf die Berge), aber die extrem laute Straße direkt neben an ist sehr nervig. Das Essen ist, auch für einen der nicht besonders pingelig ist, wirklich nicht gut. "3-Gänge-Menü" aber in sehr kleinen Portionen, sodass ein gesunder Mann kaum satt wird. Schmecken tut es zudem auch nicht. Billiger Wein. Die Auswahl des Weines besteht nur aus einem roten oder einem weißen. Getränke aus dem Nachfüllautomaten sehr verdünnt. Lunchpakete sind sehr notdürftig zusammengestellt. Ein belegtes Brötchen, ein Apfel (manchmal eine Orange), eine kleine Flasche Wasser. This hotel absolutely does not deserve 4 stars ... Rooms are in extremely poor condition. But at least clean. Cleaning staff do a good job. The view from one side is very nice (of the mountains), but the extremely noisy street right next door is very annoying. The food is really not good, even for someone who is not particularly fussy. "3-course menu" but in very small portions, so that a healthy man can hardly be full. It doesn't taste good either. Cheap wine. The selection of the wine consists only of a red or a white. Drinks from the refill machine very diluted. Packed lunches are very poorly put together. A sandwich, an apple (sometimes an orange), a small bottle of water.
