Nachtrag 21.12.2021: Ich habe eine sehr nette E-mail erhalten mit einem sehr guten Lösungsvorschlag. Respekt! An absolute cheek! Exit scanner does not work! Addendum 12/21/2021: I received a very nice e-mail with a very good solution. Respect!
K	Konrad Alois on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Klimaticket OÖ lässt sich nicht scannen. Bin aber nicht der einzige Depp, dem das nicht gelingt, wie man von anderen erfahren kann. Nachtrag: Habe am 19. November mein Kennzeichen und Klimaticket als jpg-Datei an Apcoa gesendet. Am 22. November erhielt ich ein sehr freundliches E-Mail einer APCOA-Mitarbeiterin. KFZ-Kennzeichen wurde freigeschaltet bis zum Ende der Gültigkeit des Tickets. The Upper Austria climate ticket cannot be scanned. But I'm not the only idiot who doesn't succeed, as you can find out from others. Addendum: I sent my license plate and climate ticket as a jpg file to Apcoa on November 19th. On November 22nd, I received a very friendly email from an APCOA employee. The license plate was activated until the ticket expired.
A	Alex M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde gestraft fürs Falschparken obwohl ich ein Jahresticket besitze und dieses auch gescannt habe. Konnte zumindest die Strafe fürs Falschparken streichen lassen. Kennzeichenerhebung usw. muss man trotzdem zahlen. Leute strafen weil die Anlage nicht funktioniert ist eine Frechheit! Apcoa (Die verwaltende Firma) ist sehr schlecht zu erreichen und zudem sehr unfreundlich und unkooperativ. Was fined for wrong parking although I have an annual ticket and have also scanned it. Could at least have the parking penalty removed. License plate survey etc. you still have to pay. Punish people because the system does not work is a joke! Apcoa (the managing company) is very difficult to reach and also very unfriendly and uncooperative.
S	Stefan Rockenschaub on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein sehr schöner und großer Parkplatz,der auch gut gesichert und Videoüberwacht ist,da kann man sein Auto mit gutem Gewissen stehen lassen wenn man Mal für längere Zeit mit der Bahn unterwegs ist. Ein Tag ist kostenlos danach muss man bezahlen aber ist sehr günstig. A very nice and large parking lot, which is also well secured and video-monitored, where you can leave your car with a clear conscience if you are on the road for a long time. Wochenpendler mit Jahreskarte können den Parkplatz auf Grund der Befristung von 5 Tagen nicht benutzen. Der Sinn erschließt sich mir nicht. Beschwerden prallen sowohl an der Gemeinde, den ÖBB als auch an dem privaten Betreiber ab. Zu einer kritischen Berichterstattung waren nicht einmal die Lokalblätter bereit - diese ergehen sich in Lobhudelei. Ja, man sieht selten einen soll toll asphaltierten Parkplatz - bravo! The parking lot is at least half empty at any time of the day - why? Weekly commuters with an annual pass cannot use the parking lot due to the 5-day time limit. The meaning does not open up to me. Complaints rebound from both the municipality, the ÖBB and the private operator. Not even the local newspapers were ready for critical reporting - they indulge in praise. Ich hatte eine Wochenkarte nach Wien und diese von 27.9.2021 bis 4.10.2021 beim ausfahren immer gescannt. Echt eine Frechheit........nur weil dieser Kasten nicht funktioniert. Zum Glück hab ich das Wochenticket aufgehoben. Today I received a request for payment of 88 euros because I didn't seem to have a valid ÖBB ticket in September. I had a weekly ticket to Vienna and I always scanned it from September 27th, 2021 to October 4th, 2021 when I left. Really a cheek ........ just because this box doesn't work. Fortunately, I kept the week ticket.

Wenn wirklich einmal etwas nicht funktioniert muss man bei keinem Schranken warten und es wird angezeigt was zu tun ist. Danke! I think it's great that the P&R facility in St.Valentin is really well thought out. The information is well distributed and very easy to understand. If something really doesn't work, you don't have to wait at any barrier and what needs to be done is displayed. Thank you!
