J	Johannes Grudl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meines Erachtens die beste und günstigste Parkgarage in der ich je mein Auto abgestellt habe. Genau das richtige für alle, die mit dem Zug für längere Zeit irgendwo hin müssen. Saß ein Monat lang in Deutschland fest, dachte das Parken in dieser Garage würde 50 €/Tag kosten. (Zumindest haben dies einige Leute gesagt) Dementsprechend habe ich beim Ticketautomaten erwartet, 1500 € an Standgebühren blechen zu müssen. Zu meiner großen Erleichterung musste ich aber letztendlich feststellen, dass nur 50 € zu entrichten waren. Einziges Manko ist allerdings, dass man nicht mit Bankomatkarte zahlen kann. In my opinion, the best and cheapest parking garage I've ever parked my car in. Exactly the right thing for everyone who has to go somewhere by train for a long time. Stuck in Germany for a month, thought parking in that garage would cost 50 € / day. (At least some people said this) Accordingly, I expected the ticket machine to have to pay € 1,500 in stand fees. To my great relief, I finally found that only € 50 had to be paid. The only drawback is that you cannot pay with an ATM card.
G	Gerald Pernkopf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parkdeck ist hell angelegt, gut erreichbar und direkt angrenzend zum Bahnhof. Parken ist mit ÖBB Ticket gratis, darauf achten das die Zubuchung des Parktickets korrekt vorgenommen wird. Mein eigenes Unvermögen, dass ich das nicht korrekt gemacht hab und und Folge bei der Ausfahrt nicht rauskam, freundlicher Service Mitarbeiter hat mir nach Erläuterung meiner falschen Ticketbuchung per Sprechanlage die Schranke geöffnet. Parking deck is bright, easily accessible and directly adjacent to the train station. Parking is free with the ÖBB ticket, make sure that the parking ticket is booked correctly. My own inability that I did not do it correctly and that it did not come out on the exit, friendly service staff opened the barrier after explaining my wrong ticket booking via intercom.
M	Max Asamer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also wer sich das System ausgedacht hat, hat offensichtlich zum ersten mal gedacht. So ein unständliches Konzept: Zugticket gültig bis am nächsten Tag; Parkticket nur an einem Tag gültig. Und wenn man dann erst beim Schranken draufkommt dass dieses Ticket nicht mehr gültig ist darf man zurück zur Bahnhofszentrale sich ein neues Parkticket holen und muss 10 min warten. Auf meine Frage warum das so ist und wo da Sinn bleibt meinte der ÖBB Angestekkte nur: wenns drüben san san eh scho 10 min vorbei. Absolut hirnlos. So eine P+R Anlage ist ja gebaut worden um Zeit zu sparen nicht zu verschwenden. So whoever came up with the system obviously thought for the first time. Such an incomprehensible concept: train ticket valid until the next day; Parking ticket is only valid for one day. And if you only find out at the barrier that this ticket is no longer valid, you can go back to the main station to get a new parking ticket and have to wait 10 minutes. When I asked why this is so and where it makes sense, the ÖBB infected only said: if it's over there, san san anyway, 10 minutes past. Absolutely mindless. Such a P + R facility was built to save time and not waste it.
h	haager lies on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Einfahrt funktionierte problemlos. Bei der Ausfahrt jedoch konnte der QR-Code vom Scanner nicht gelesen werden. Nach Drücken der Taste für telefonischen Support meldete sich nach geraumer Zeit eine wahnsinnig unfreundliche Dame, die mir die Auskunft gab, in die Bahnhofshalle zu gehen, um einen neuen QR zu erhalten. Auf meine Frage, wohin ich mich in der Bahnhofshalle wenden soll war ihre Auskunft nur: „Ja in der Halle. Gehen sie in die Halle! Ich kann ihnen nicht helfen.“ Auf genauere Nachfrage, bei welchem Schalter ich den neuen QR bekomme, war die Antwort neuerlich nur „in der Halle“ und die Dame legte auf. Eine Frechheit!!! The entrance worked without any problems. When exiting, however, the QR code could not be read by the scanner. After pressing the button for telephone support, an incredibly unfriendly lady answered after a while, who told me to go to the station hall to get a new QR. When I asked where I should turn in the station concourse, her answer was only: “Yes in the concourse. Go into the hall! I can't help you. ”When asked more precisely at which counter I can get the new QR, the answer was again only“ in the hall ”and the lady hung up. An impudence!!!
C	Christian Sohnle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also Parkhaus an sich ist ja super wenn man mit der Bahn fährt und das Gratis Parkticket hat, aber der QR Code Scanner in Verbindung mit dem Handy Ticket ist furchtbar. Wenns regnet geht's garnicht mehr und sonst dauert es auch ewig. So the parking garage itself is great if you take the train and have the free parking ticket, but the QR code scanner in connection with the mobile phone ticket is terrible. If it rains it doesn't work anymore and otherwise it takes forever.

Trotz zu Beginn unseres halbtägigen Ausfluges gelöstem Parkticket (mit QR-Code) am Handy standen wir gefühlt eine Ewigkeit am geschlossenen Ausfahrtsschranken. QR-Code wurde nicht erkannt ... Telefonische Auskunft am Schranken riet uns zum Schalter oder zur Trafik zu gehen um ein neues Ticket mit QR-Code zu erhalten ... Also ab zum Bahnhofsgebäude ... dann hieß es: Trafik ist nur für Westbahn zuständig, nicht für ÖBB. ÖBB-Schalter zu ... also Security suchen, die uns dann dankenswerterweise rasch ein neues Parkticket übergaben, das dann endlich problemlos funktionierte! Eine halbe Stunde wirklich verschissen deswegen ... Sehr ärgerlich!! Doesn't work as expected ... Despite having bought a parking ticket (with QR code) on our mobile phone at the beginning of our half-day excursion, it felt like we were standing at the closed exit barrier for an eternity. QR code was not recognized ... Telephone information at the barrier advised us to go to the counter or to the tobacconist to get a new ticket with a QR code ... So off to the station building ... then it was said: tobacco shop is only for Westbahn responsible, not for ÖBB. ÖBB counter closed ... so look for security, who thankfully quickly handed us a new parking ticket, which finally worked without any problems! Half an hour really sucks because of it ... Very annoying!
P	Patrick Scherer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wer mit der Bahn fährt kann Gratis paken. Allen ist Überdacht, man kann trockenen vom Auto in die Haupthalle und zu allen Bahnsteigen. Tolle Lösung, leider kränkelt die Schrankenlösung noch etwas. Morgens ist immer was frei ab den frühen Nachmittag muss man Glück haben. If you travel by train can free pak. C	Christian Kaltenmesser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ QR Code Leser funktioniert leider nur mangelhaft und leider ist das Parkhaus auch gnadenlos überfüllt - wer auch nur mit 2 Reifen auf einer nicht gekennzeichneten Fläche steht, hat sofort einen Strafzettel. Da hilft auch kein ÖBB Parkticket mit Parkplatz-Reservierung. Leider wird das Bahnfahren damit auch wieder uninteressant.
