D	Dj 2904 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundlich und vor allem nicht aufdringlich. Habe sogar eine gratis Abfüllung von einem Duft erhalten. Kann das Geschäft jedem empfehlen. Very friendly and above all not intrusive. Even got a free bottle of a fragrance. Would recommend the shop to everyone.
D	Desert Rose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So eine art bewertung habe ich bisher noch nie veröffentlicht, halte es aber für notwendig, vor allem weil die filiale neu ist und die verkäuferinen eine katastrofe sind! Unfreundlich, ignorant, herablassend und überhaupt nicht kompetent, als "parfumsammler" eignet man sich mit den jahren sehr viel wissen an, da sind die "damen" dort einfach ein witz!!! ALLERDINGS ist die frau isabella (kenne sie nur unter diesem namen) anders als ihre kolleginen, eine perle im geschäft, die stets ein lächeln im gesicht hat, unglaublich freundlich ist und sich mit der duftwelt auskennt. Diesen einen stern teilt sich frau isabella mit der auswahl an parfums. Den anderen verkäuferinen sollte man beibringen wie man mit menschen spricht, dann beibringen wie man mit KUNDEN spricht. Unfriendly, ignorant, condescending and not at all competent, as a "perfume collector" one acquires a lot of knowledge over the years, the "ladies" there are just a joke! HOWEVER, the woman isabella (only know her by this name) is different from her colleagues, a pearl in the business who always has a smile on her face, is incredibly friendly and knows her way around the world of fragrances. Ms. isabella shares this one star with her selection of perfumes. The other salespeople should be taught how to talk to people, then teach them how to talk to CUSTOMERS.

Great customer service, testers are all fine and not tipped! Prices slightly above average but perfectly fine for niche fragrances!

Zum Einkauf hats auch einige Proben dazugegeben, die ebenfalls von Nischendüften waren. Ist auf jeden fall sehr zu empfehlen. Very nice staff and the selection of niche fragrances is definitely a lot better than the competition in the double room. There were also some samples for shopping, which were also from niche fragrances. In any case, is very recommendable.

Tolle Beratung und sehr nettes Personal. Diese Filiale im DZ ist sehr empfehlenswert.Komme auf jeden Fall wieder!!! There is a wide selection of great extravagant niche fragrances such as Byredo, Juliette has a gun, Montale, Penhaligon, Maison Francis Kurkdjian. Great advice and very nice staff. This branch in the double room is highly recommended. Will definitely be back!!!

Die MitarbeiterInnen sind stets freundlich, bemüht, nehmen sich Zeit für eine kompetente Beratung und sind nie aufdringlich. Ich fühle mich sehr willkommen und gut betreut. Inzwischen gehe ich nur noch zu Nägele und Strubell einkaufen.
