Very discouraged as a workplace. You can even see what's going wrong in this company after a month! It's a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es wurde bei Papageno Österreich eine Kreuzfahrt nach Russland gebucht, die wegen Corona abgesagt wurde. Der Veranstalter ist Papageno Schweiz. Die Anzahlung ist daher nicht durch die Europäische Reiseversicherung wegen Insolvenz Papageno Österreich abgesichert. Es werden diverse Schreiben bezüglich Rückzahlung, weder von Papageno Schweiz, noch von Herrn Höferer, der ja Geschäftsführer davon ist, beantwortet, noch die Anzahlung zurück bezahlt.
A cruise to Russia was booked with Papageno Austria, which was canceled due to Corona. The organizer is Papageno Switzerland. The deposit is therefore not covered by Europäische Reiseversicherung due to the bankruptcy of Papageno Austria. Various letters regarding repayment will be answered, neither from Papageno Switzerland nor from Mr. Höferer, who is the managing director of it, nor will the deposit be paid back.

Wollte eine Kreuzfahrt aus dem mir zugesendetem Prospekt vor Ort buchen - meinte man zu mir: „Die Reise haben wir nicht.“ Wieso bietet man denn dann Reisen in den hauseigenen Prospekten an? Von dem komplett unfreundlichen Verhalten der Filialleitung fange ich gar nicht erst an. Werde mir anderweitig ein Reisebüro suchen, schade.
Simply a disaster! Wanted to book a cruise from the prospectus sent to me on site - they said to me: "We do not have the journey." Why then offers you travel in the in-house brochures? From the completely unfriendly behavior of the branch manager I do not even start. I'll look elsewhere for a travel agency, too bad.
