★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider wird auf Mails sehr schleppend oder teilweise gar nicht geantwortet - möchte mich bei allen Gästen entschuldigen die übers Reisebüro gebucht haben und soviel Umstände dadurch erlitten haben.... ganz zu schweigen von den Mehrkosten.
Unfortunately, e-mails are answered very slowly or sometimes not at all - I would like to apologize to all guests who booked through a travel agency and suffered so much trouble as a result ... not to mention the additional costs.

Gerade in diesen Zeiten wurden wir jetzt nochmal bestätigt, dass es besser ist, nicht im Internet zu buchen sondern bei seinem kompetenten Reisebüro vor Ort. Es hat riesige Vorteile, wenn man einen persönlichen Ansprechpartner hat, der einen sicher und ohne Komplikationen wieder nach Hause bringt und nicht wie viele andere vom Veranstalter im Stich gelassen wird oder gleich gar keinen Ansprechpartner hat, weil man alles alleine übers Internet gebucht hat. Danke für die tolle Betreuung!
We have been booking in this travel agency for a long time and have always been very satisfied. Especially in these times we have now been confirmed again that it is better not to book online but with your competent travel agent on site. It has huge advantages if you have a personal contact person who brings you home safely and without complications and does not let the organizer down like many others or does not have a contact person at all because you have booked everything online.
