★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a wald cup and asked for the cream on top to be a nice portion and for some bananas on top. For the cream they charged me extra 1,20 € and for 4 little pieces of banana 2,50€!! Both of those charges just appeared in the check without any notice. When I told the manager that waiter didn’t notify me about the costs when ordered, he was very rude and didn’t take responsibility for it.

I ordered two from menu. they are huge when compared with the photos they displayed. ice cream caramel was a bit too sweet for me. coffee and chocolate ice cream is great. the wafer over both ice crema was so nice crunchy and good with you have it with ice cream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can highly recommend Bortolotti for people who want to taste Italian coffee and good ice cream. Besides the good coffee, the service is also friendly and well informed about their specialities. Prices of coffee, ice cream and cakes were also okay for me.
