Zum besichtigen ist es nicht unbedingt das es sehr viele von den Gebäuden in Wien gibt.
Aber wenn man mal vorbei geht sehr sehenswert!

Однако после вернемся к истории самого дворца Обентраут. Был он построен в 1882 году в стиле классицизма архитектором Ладиславом Богуславским. Инициатором строительства дворца являлась супруга Адольфа Обентраута - Хедвиг, в девичестве Мюнцберг, - дочь богатого производителя в Австрии. Именно она в 1881 году покупает участок земли возле нынешнего Флорианипарка, где и решила возвести монументальный дворец. Изначально во дворце размещались 6 квартир и 10 коммерческих помещений. В 1922 году это здание стало собственностью города. Сегодня здесь размещаются органы муниципального управления.
