★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte heute eine Bettdecke zurückgeben, die meine Mutter 15 ! Stunden vorher falsch gekauft hat. Das wurde mir aus Hygienegründen verwehrt, obwohl klar ersichtlich war, daß die Verpackung nicht geöffnet und unbeschädigt war!
Nachdem mein Hausbau fast abgeschlossen ist und jetzt die Zeit kommt, Möbel, Vorhänge und dgl. zu kaufen bzw. zu bestellen, weiß ich jetzt, wo ich das nicht tun werde .....
 I wanted to return a duvet today that my mother made 15! Bought wrong hours before. I was denied this for reasons of hygiene, although it was clear that the packaging had not been opened and was undamaged!
Now that my house is almost finished and the time has come to buy or order furniture, curtains and the like, I now know where I won't do that .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute bei kika in stockerau und hab etwas von der Ausverkaufware von voriger woche gesucht und nicht gefunden. Ein wirklich sehr freundliche junge verkäuferin war sehr bemüht und hat mir geholfen das gesuchte zu finden. Fündig ist sie dann im lager geworden und das gesuchte war schnell besorgt.
Es ist nicht überall selbstverständlich, dass die verkäuferinnen so bemüht sind.
Wenn ich wieder etwas brauche ist das das möbelhaus meiner ersten wahl!
Today I was at kika in stockerau and looked for something from last week's sale and couldn't find it. A really very friendly young saleswoman tried very hard and helped me to find what I was looking for. She then found what she was looking for in the warehouse and quickly found what she was looking for.
It is not always a matter of course that the salespeople try so hard.
If I need something again, this is my first choice of furniture store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aufjedenfall nie wieder eine Kika Küche oder ein anderes Möbelstück von dort.
Die Montage der Küche war horror, die Monteure sehr unfreundlich. Es hat vieles nicht gepasst an der Küche. Es wurden Teile falsch bestellt oder beschädigt geliefert.
Leider fühlt man sich nicht ernst genommen mit Mängeln die man aufzählt. Die Sache, dass man sich überhaupt Beschwerden muss, ist ja schon traurig.
Die Ausbesserungsarbeiten waren auch nicht so top, wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben. Leider sind nochimmer Mängel offen.
Das Team für die Ausbesserungsarbeiten war diesmal zumindest freundlich.
In any case, never again a Kika kitchen or any other piece of furniture from there.
The assembly of the kitchen was horror, the fitters very unfriendly. A lot of things didn’t fit in the kitchen. Parts were ordered incorrectly or were delivered damaged.
Unfortunately, you don't feel taken seriously with the shortcomings you list. The fact that you have to complain at all is sad.
The repair work wasn't as great as we imagined. Unfortunately, there are still flaws.
The team for the repair work was at least friendly this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ist das Service in der Filiale sehr schlecht geworden und auch die Qualität der Produkte steht in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis. Bei Reklamationen bekommt man nur die Antwort, dass das halt bei dem Möbelstück so ist, obwohl es bei dem Ausstellungsstück anders ist.
