★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach dem sehr positiven Eindruck bei der Vorbesprechung/ Planung bin ich nachträglich sehr enttäuscht von der Ausführung. Nicht nur, dass während des Aufbaus in der neuen Wohnung geraucht wurde (die paar Schritte auf den Balkon waren wohl zu aufwendig), wurden falsche und defekte Teile wochenlang nicht ersetzt.
Was mich aber meisten ärgert ist, dass die stümperhaft gelegten Stromkabel (im Kastl statt dahinter!!) einfach so belassen wurden, das Geld hatten sie ja schon. Obwohl eigentlich geplant war, auch Vorzimmer und Badezimmer von Petermax Auhof machen zu lassen, wurde nach diesen Erfahrungen ein andere Tischler beauftragt.
After the very positive impression during the preliminary discussion / planning, I am subsequently very disappointed with the execution. Not only was smoking during the construction in the new apartment (the few steps to the balcony were probably too expensive), were wrong and broken parts for weeks not replaced.
What annoys me the most is that the bungled power cables (in the Kastl instead of behind it!) Were just left, the money they already had. Although it was planned to have anteroom and bathroom made by Petermax Auhof, another carpenter was commissioned after these experiences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Filial-Chef persönlich hat uns beraten und erwies sich dabei als sehr geduldig. Wenn etwas nicht möglich war, erklärte er uns, warum das nicht geht und suchte mit uns gemeinsam nach einer Lösung.
Am Ende gingen wir äußerst zufrieden nach Hause.
Das Liefer-Team war sehr höflich und vorsichtig.
Das Montage-Team zeigte sich kompetent und engagiert. Sie arbeiteten sauber und genau.
Wenn ich wieder Möbel von P.Max möchte, wird diese Filiale meine erste Anlaufstelle sein.
The branch manager personally advised us and proved to be very patient. If something wasn't possible, he explained to us why it wasn't possible and looked for a solution together with us.
In the end we went home extremely satisfied.
The delivery team was very polite and careful.
The assembly team was competent and committed. They worked neatly and precisely.
If I want furniture from P.Max again, this branch will be my first port of call.
