Nachdem ich bei jysk angerufen habe teilte mir der Mitarbeiter mit er müsste erst schauen ob die Matratze im Lager sei und er rufe mich in 10min zurück. Der Rückruf kam 3 Tage später und ich wurde darüber informiert, die Spedition setze sich mit mir in Verbindung. Ich habe einen Termin ausgemacht lieferzeitraum war 13-18 Uhr. Ich saß den ganzen Tag zu Hause und niemand kam auch kein Anruf. Ich rief wieder an und erfuhr ich wurde vergessen. Ich machte neuerlich einen Termin aus. Lieferzeitraum 15-17 Uhr. Es ist jetzt 17 Uhr. Niemand war hier. I ordered a mattress and have been waiting for it to be delivered for 2 months. After I called jysk, the employee informed me that he would have to first check whether the mattress was in the warehouse and he would call me back in 10 minutes. The callback came 3 days later and I was informed, the shipping company will contact me. I made an appointment. The delivery period was 1 pm-6pm. I sat at home all day and no one got no call. I called again and found out I was forgotten. I made another appointment. Delivery period 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. It is now 5 p.m. Nobody was here.
