Habe noch vergessen anzumerken dass meine Fronten großartig sind, die Maße passen perfekt, die Qualität ist super!

Termine: Lieferung- und Montagetermin wurden eingehalten. Es hat mich gewundert dass, ein Tag vor der Lieferung nicht einmal nachgefragt wurde, ob der Termin noch gilt. Den Austausch der defekten Teile würde ich als mangelhaft beschreiben. Es kam zwar zustande, aber ohne schriftliche Bestätigung.
Kontakt mit der Firma: E-Mails wurden nicht immer beantwortet, man musste wiederholt nachfragen.
Montage: Die Monteure arbeiteten ohne Maske und fragten nicht einmal nach, ob das in Ordnung ist. In der Pandemie-Zeit ist das nicht selbstverständlich. Immerhin sind sie im Kundenkontakt und gehen von Haus zu Haus. Ohne zu fragen, haben sie sich auch einen Besen aus meinem Abstellraum genommen. Ich hab mich noch gewundert, dass sie das gleiche Putzzeug wie ich haben. Sollten sie nicht Eigenes mitbringen? Es ist zwar eine Kleinigkeit, aber zumindest nachfragen konnten sie.
Quality of the furniture: good, according to expectations
Dates: Delivery and assembly dates were met. I was surprised that, one day before the delivery, they didn't even ask if the date was still valid. I would describe the replacement of the defective parts as inadequate. It came about, but without written confirmation.
Contact with the company: E-mails were not always answered, you had to ask repeatedly.
Assembly: The fitters worked without a mask and didn't even ask if that was okay. In the pandemic period, this is not a matter of course. After all, they are in contact with customers and go from house to house. Without asking, they also took a broom from my closet. I was surprised that they have the same cleaning stuff as me. Shouldn't they bring their own? It's a small thing, but at least they could ask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren gerade um ca 12:30 Uhr in dieser Filiale. Mitarbeiter: 2, Kunden: 5. Natürlich wartet man und sieht sich derweil den Schauraum an. Eine Dame war vor uns. Sie hatte nur eine kleine Angelegenheit. Als die Kunden vor ihr fertig waren (war offensichtlich ein umfangreicheres Projekt), stand der nette Verkäufer mit der Brille und dem graumeliertem Haar auf als würde er sich nun vom Tisch bewegen wollen. Die Dame vor uns war verunsichert und fragte freundlich nach, ob es denn kurz ginge oder ob er nun gehen würde. Da pampte der Verkäufer sie an, dass er auch gern einmal eine Pause machen würde und etwas essen will, aber dadurch, dass sie angeblich nur ein kleines Anliegen hätte, würde er sie noch schnell betreuen. Sollte man nicht stattdessen eine Mittagspause in den Öffnungszeiten vermerken? Wir sind auf jeden Fall sofort nach diesem Vorfall gegangen!
Just got into this branch at around 12:30pm. Employees: 2, customers: 5. Of course you wait and look at the showroom in the meantime. A lady was in front of us. She just had a small affair. As the customers in front of her finished (obviously a larger project), the nice salesman with the glasses and graying hair stood up as if about to move from the table. The lady in front of us was unsure and asked politely if it was going to be short or if he was going now. Then the salesman nudged her that he would also like to take a break and eat something, but because she supposedly only had a small request, he would take care of her quickly. Shouldn't a lunch break be noted in the opening hours instead? We definitely left immediately after this incident!
