★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe im Februar 2020 eine Durchgangszarge und einen Verkleidungsrahmen bestellt. Hr. Reßl hat einen KV erstellt und mir geschickt. Nach Auftragserteilung habe ich bis heute nichts mehr von dieser Fa. gehört. War 2 x im Geschäft nachfragen. Die Dame vom Empfang sagte mir jedes mal das der Chef nicht da ist und sie wird ihm eine Nachricht hinterlassen. Habe den Hr. Reßl auch einen Whats App gesendet mit der bitte um Rückruf. Die Nachricht wurde gelesen aber kein Rückruf.
Kann nur jeden raten dort nichts zu bestellen.
Ordered a passage frame and a cladding frame in February 2020. Mr. Reßl created a KV and sent it to me. After placing the order, I haven't heard from this company until today. Was twice in the shop to ask. The receptionist always told me that the boss wasn't there and she would leave him a message. Have the Mr. Reßl also sent a WhatsApp asking for a call back. The message was read but no callback.
Can only advise everyone not to order anything there.
