Der Preis war gut für die Qualität der Couch, die Garantie war gut und der Service war großartig. Die Zusteller waren mehr als hilfsbereit beim Ausräumen des alten Sofas und beim Aufbauen des neuen Sofas. Ehrlich gesagt hätte ich keine bessere Wahl für Service, Qualität und Preis treffen können! Fantastic store who helped us choose our brand new lounge. The price was good for the quality of the couch, the warranty was good, and the service was great. The delivery people were more than helpful in clearing out the old sofa and setting up the new sofa. Honestly I couldn't have made a better choice for service, quality and price!

Ich rufe mittlerweile einmal die Woche dort an und es passiert einfach nichts. Es wurde mir garantiert, dass ich stornieren kann wenn die Ware weiterhin nicht kommt und jetzt wo es mir nach fast einem Jahr zu viel wurde, wurde gesagt dass ich nicht stornieren kann! Bitte tut euch selbst einen Gefallen und bestellt ja nicht dort! Man wird nur vertröstet aber es passiert nichts. Please do not order there! I've been waiting for my goods since April 2021 and now it's January 2022! I call them once a week now and nothing happens. I was guaranteed that I could cancel if the goods still didn't arrive and now that it was getting to be too much for me after almost a year, I was told I couldn't cancel! Please do yourself a favor and don't order there! You are only comforted but nothing happens.

They don't inform you about delays, I had to call and ask about my order and they refuse until now in OCTOBER to give me back my money I already paid for the furniture. Don't waste your time and energy to this highly unprofessional company.
T	Thu Dang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS I ordered two side tables in September 2021, which was scheduled to be available from 4-8 weeks. After 9 weeks, they had not arrived yet, I asked and was informed that it would arrive from 13-17th December and in December I asked again, they said the tables would be delivered from 31st January - 3 February 2022. Today (1st February 2022), I asked again because I have not heard anything from them and I was informed that they will deliver the tables from 25th-28th February. This made me doubt about all positive reviews here. I made a complain and now waiting to see what they will come back to me with.
