 Stay away from Oswald Immobilien! Incompetent, unfriendly, does not live up to his word. Have been completely ripped off!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unseriös, unprofessionell, inkompetent und vor allem nicht kommunikativ.
Man muss dem Herren ständig hinterher laufen und seine Arbeit am besten gleich mit erledigen.
Hebt nie ab wenn man ihn anruft sondern schreibt einem 5 Minuten später plötzlich seltsame einsätzige und unformelle SMS wo nicht einmal sein eigener Name mit eingebaut wird und man sich fragt woher kommt das jetzt.
Lässt einen Dokumente unterschreiben und meldet sich dann wochenlang gar nicht.
Man ist ihm als potenzieller Mieter einer gewöhnlichen Mietwohnung offensichtlich nichts wert. Arrogant wie er scheint, interessiert sich der Herr nur für seine Skyhaus Käufer.
Unserious, unprofessional, incompetent and above all not communicative.
You always have to run after the gentleman and do his job right away.
Never picks up when you call him but 5 minutes later suddenly writes strange one-movement and non-formal SMS where not even his own name is incorporated and you wonder where it comes from now.
Lets sign a document and then logs for weeks not at all.
He is obviously worth nothing as a potential tenant of an ordinary apartment. Arrogant as it seems, the Lord is only interested in his Sky House buyers.
