Preis- Leistungsverhältnis miserabel, ich wollte einen Trockenhaarschnitt, was zunächst kein Problem war, dann wurden mir die Haare, jedoch ohne Shampoo, gewaschen da der Herr meinte er würde sie mir nicht in trockenem Zustand schneiden wollen. Ich wollte lediglich einen schulterlangen, geraden Haarschnitt, geschnitten wurde mit einem Rasierapparat. Danach mussten meine Haare natürlich geföhnt werden, wofür ich 30€ zahlen durfte obwohl ich mit dem Wunsch kam meine Haare NICHT zu waschen. Vor 2 Wochen besuchte ich einen anderen Frisör der mir dann mitteilte dass meine Haare beim letzten Mal schief geschnitten wurden!! Für diesen Katastrophen- Besuch durfte ich dann über 60€ da lassen. My first and last beusch! Price-performance ratio miserable, I wanted a dry haircut, which was not a problem at first, then my hair, but without shampoo, washed since the Lord said he would not cut me in a dry state. I just wanted a shoulder-length straight haircut cut with a razor. After that, my hair had to be blown, of course, for which I was allowed to pay € 30, although I came with the desire NOT to wash my hair. 2 weeks ago I visited another hairdresser who told me that my hair was cut wrong the last time !! For this catastrophe visit I was allowed to leave over 60 €.

Das Verhalten des Chefs war gestern mir gegenüber äußerst unkorrekt und unhöflich. Ich habe mich so sehr auf den Friseurbesuch gefreut und bin danach mit tränenden Augen nach Hause gekommen, obwohl ich 108€ ausgegeben habe... Vielen Dank dafür und auf Nie mehr Wiedersehen! PS: Betrifft meinen Besuch in der Filiale am Tummelplatz. If you are not proficient in dealing with customers, you shouldn't be running a hair salon either! The boss's behavior to me yesterday was extremely incorrect and rude. I was so looking forward to seeing the hairdresser and came home with watery eyes afterwards, even though I spent € 108 ... Thank you for that and see you again! PS: Affects my visit to the branch at Tummelplatz.

Eines muss man beachten: Es ist keine Kartenzahlung möglich aber der Bankomat ist gleich gegenüber! PS: Der Kaffee ist wirklich wirklich gut! Very nice ladies and gentlemen who are great professionally and personally! I've only been going there for a few years and I've always been satisfied! One thing you have to keep in mind: It is not possible to pay by card, but the ATM is right across the street! PS: The coffee is really really good!
