Sehr zum Empfehlen wenn man Probleme hat und Sie einen auch weiterhelfen ? The lady at the Ombudsman's Office was very friendly and helpful. Made a very good impression by phone and email. Highly recommended if you have problems and you can also help ?

i	igor radojkovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hände weg von denen sowas von unötig,man wird schon am Telefon abgewürgt anstatt sich mal das Problem anzuhören. Steer clear of those so unnecessary, one is already stalled on the phone instead of listening to the problem.

Vienna Youth Welfare Office, Favoritenstraße, offers original play undercover as therapy .... Vienna police did not take the complaint and the public prosecutor also says that they do not care.

y	yesim yildirim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit 1 Jahr und 4 Monate kämpfe ich mit der Magistrat 35 für eine Anmeldebescheinigung. Da ich nicht weiter gekommen bin egal wie habe ich mich an die Volksanwaltschaft gewendet. Und nun sagt man, man könne mir nicht weiter helfen ! Als ich die Dame am Telefon fragte was ich den sonst Unternehmen kann kam keine konkrete Antwort. Tja sobald man einen Ausländischen Nachnamen hat wird alles immer schnell abgehackt !!!!! For 1 year and 4 months I have been fighting with the magistrate 35 for a registration certificate. Since I didn't get any further, no matter how I turned to the Ombudsman. And now they say that there is no one who can help me! When I asked the lady on the phone what else I can do with the company, there was no concrete answer. Well, as soon as you have a foreign surname, everything is always quickly chopped off !!!!!
P	Phil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auch bei der Volksanwaltschaft findet man nicht die notwendigen Menschen, die einem im Kampf gegen Behördenwillkür und Fehlverhalten helfen. Es ist schade, weil man einfach von allen Institutionen im Regen stehen gelassen wird. Wer da die Hoffnung in den Staat Österreich verliert hat mein vollstes Mitgefühl! Even at the Ombudsman's Office you cannot find the necessary people to help you in the fight against arbitrariness and misconduct by the authorities. It's a shame because all institutions simply leave you out in the rain. Anyone who loses hope in the state of Austria has my fullest sympathy!
