Danach werden Briefe (Bestätigungen Abrechnungen usw) gesendet. Diese werden mit jeweils 4€ verrechnet.
Mehrere Briefe werden auch einzeln gesendet. Man bekommt also an einem Tag drei Briefe, kostet dann 12€. Ein gemeinsames senden geht leider nicht !!! Diese Vorgehensweise wurde reklamiert, geht dann zur Fachabteilung. diese ignoriert einfach unangenehme Fragen, oder beantwortet sie nach Wochen mit Ausreden.
Also ich bin ein Neukunde und ich verliere mit jedem Tag Geld ab diese Bank.
