★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were at the same place a year earlier and it was great. It was disappointing this time. A bit chaotic and slow and food was average and pizza below average. The boss was away on holiday which may have been a factor. One of few genuine Italian restaurants in Graz so hope it improves. Nice outside dining area when it's warm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here two times. The place has beautiful garden. Food was delicious, freshly prepared and nicely served. The portion of main dish was more then enough. However I had feeling that portion of dessert can be a little bit bigger. Coffee was also good. Staff were each time friendly and helpful. I will definitely come again.

Standards seem to be slipping a LOT. A pasta dish took 50 (yes, fifty) minutes to arrive. We had to keep reminding service staff, who were very apologetic, but dude - how long does it take to make pasta?
Just like Pizzaiolo, this Neopolitan restaurant started off well but went downhill rapidly. If you ever hear of a new Neopolitan restaurant - go there immediately and enjoy it before it spoils. The shelf-life seems to be approximately 3 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice choice if you are looking for a good Italian restaurant in Graz. The prices are medium-high but that's ok, given the quality of the final product. The only flaws are the waiting times, quite lengthy, and the little care and attention in the choice of wines. Few (but good) wines to offer is fine, but it is not okay to apply the price of a glass to the liter of wine. If you do not have bottled wines, it is common sense to notify the customer before arriving at the cashier; or at least this is the courtesy that is reserved for the customer in Italy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice selection of Italian dishes. Fantastic risotto and great pasta dishes but the pizza was average. The service is very overwhelmed so expect to wait for a while. Regardless five stars for the lemon calamari risotto, it really was special.
