★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe schon vormals bei dieser Firma Gläser gekauft und eigentlich gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Nach einer neuen Anfrage von diversen Gläsern wurde 2 1/2 Wochen auf die Angebotsanfrage einfach nicht reagiert und nach telefonischer Nachfrage wurde ich unfreundlich abserviert. "Na, des biet ma ned an" Kleiner Tipp an den Chef: Wenn ich etwas nicht anbieten möchte, kann ich auch gleich einem Kunden zurückschreiben. MfG
I've bought glasses from this company in the past and have actually had good experiences. After a new request for various glasses, the offer request was simply not responded to for 2 1/2 weeks and after a telephone inquiry I was dismissed unfriendly. "Well, we don't offer that" A little tip for the boss: If I don't want to offer something, I can write back to a customer right away. Kind regards
