Das einzige Schwierige ist die Terminvereinbarung, weil man telefonisch viel Geduld braucht - dafür gibt es aber eine online-Alternative. Ein bisschen Warten trotz Termin ist, so sehe ich das , ok, denn in einer Ordination kann man schließlich nicht exakt kalkulieren, wie lange der einzelne Patient braucht. Das Team in der Ordination ist erstaunlich groß und es scheint ein gutes Klima zu herrschen, was sich auch auf die Atmosphäre positiv auswirkt. Ich habe diesmal ein Herz-Echo benötigt, und Frau Dr. Giuliani war nicht nur sehr nett und freundlich, sondern hat mir während der Untersuchung alles erklärt und dann sogar noch die Halsschlagader zusätzlich kontrolliert, als sie gehört hat, dass der Cholesterinspiegel zu hoch ist. Ganz, ganz toll - ich habe mich hier gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Danke! Many years ago in the ordination, I was very satisfied today. The team in the ordination is astonishingly large and there seems to be a good atmosphere, which also has a positive effect on the atmosphere. I needed a heart echo this time, and Dr. Giuliani was not only very nice and friendly, but also explained everything to me during the examination and even checked the carotid artery when she heard that the cholesterol level was too high. Very, very great - I felt that I was in good hands here. Thanks!

Hatte Fixtermin um 13h00, Kontrolluntersuchung eine knappe Stunde später, Besprechung mit der Ärztin (knappe 10 Minuten) erst nach 15h. Warum Terminvereinbarung, wenn trotzdem mindestens 2 Stunden eingerechnet werden müssen. Satisfied with the treatment and reception, but the waiting times are insane and unreasonable. Had a fixed appointment at 1:00 p.m., check-up an hour later, meeting with the doctor (almost 10 minutes) after 3:00 p.m. Why make an appointment when at least 2 hours have to be calculated.
