Eine vorangegangene 500 Euro Behandlung mit dem Material das Sie sonst verwendet hatte keinen Effekt (und kann laut anderen Fachärzten auch keinen haben). Trotzdem kein Angebot für Kompensation all dieser Umstände. Erst beim Verlassen der Ordination eine kurze Entschuldigung. Micropeeling und Botox waren ok, da kann man vermutlich aber auch nicht viel falsch machen.
