★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann mich manchen Vorrednern nur anschließen. Kundenservice bei Reklamationen leider nicht dem Kaufpreis angemessen. Sobald alles bezahlt wurde, ist die Bemühtheit des Betreibers leider dahin. Ausgefallene Möbelstücke beziehe ich nun anderswo
 I can only agree with some of the previous speakers. Customer service in the event of complaints unfortunately not commensurate with the purchase price. As soon as everything has been paid for, the operator's efforts are unfortunately gone. I now get unusual pieces of furniture elsewhere

Leider ist der Verkäufer schmählos bis genervt herablassend.
Man hat das Gefühl sich entschuldigen zu müssen, dass man was kaufen will/"darf"!
