Wie bei allen Kassen-ÄrztInnen kommt es manchmal zu längeren Wartezeiten, jedoch steht die Qualität und die persönliche Betreuung bei Frau Dr. Hoffer im Vordergrund. Mit ihrer freundlichen Art nimmt sie mir das generelle Unwohlbefinden vor Arztbesuchen. Ich persönlich kann diese Ärztin nur weiterempfehlen! Miss Dr. Hoffer is a very sensitive doctor and takes the time to clarify questions. As with all health insurance doctors, there are sometimes longer waiting times, but the quality and personal care with Dr. Hoffer in the foreground. With her friendly manner, she takes away my general discomfort before going to the doctor. I personally can only recommend this doctor!

Ich fühle mich stets gut bei ihr aufgehoben (obwohl ich sehr ängstlich bin, was Arztbesuche betrifft) und nehme dafür auch gerne eine etwas weitere Anreise oder etwaige Wartezeiten auf mich. C	Carmen Vögele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe angerufen da mich die Kosmetikerin bat sofort einen Termin bei einem Hautarzt zu machen da ich da etwas im Gesicht hätte dass sie nicht kenne. Nach mehreren Telefonaten mit anderen Hautärzten durfte ich sofort zu Fr Dr Hoffer in die Ordination kommen und hab nicht mal 10 Minuten gewartet. beim entfernen dieses "Dinges" hat Frau Dr. Hoffer gemerkt dass ich etwas panisch war, und hat sehr einfühlsam auf mich eingeredet. Nach der Betäubung hats noch etwa 1.5 Minuten gedauert und das Ding war draußen. Hab Sie an alle die ich kenne weiter empfohlen. Überaus freundliches Personal, für meine Verhältnisse schnelle Terminvergabe und von Wartezeit kann man bei 10 Minuten glaube ich nicht mal sprechen. Die Ärztin ist sehr genau, erklärt alles einwandfrei sodass es auch der Laie versteht und nimmt sich Zeit. Es ist fast schon so dass ich mich auf den nächsten Hautarzttermin freue. After several calls to other dermatologists, I was able to come to Dr. Hoffer's office immediately and did not even wait 10 minutes. when removing this "thing" Dr. Hoffer noticed that I was a little panicked and talked to me very sensitively. After the anesthetic it took about 1.5 minutes and the thing was outside. I recommended it to everyone I know. Extremely friendly staff, for my standards quick appointment and waiting time at 10 minutes I don't even speak. The doctor is very precise, explains everything perfectly so that even the layperson understands it and takes her time. It's almost like I'm looking forward to the next dermatologist appointment.

Bisher bin ich mit keinem Anruf durchgekommen und mangels Email gestaltet sich die Terminvereinbarung schwierig bis unmöglich. Die schlechte Rezension muss ich nun verfassen, da ich heute vor verschlossener Türe gestanden bin. Laut Webseite hat die Ordi bis 23. Juli geschlossen - auf deren Tür steht aber sogar bis Ende August. Ich möchte eine Narbe anschauen lassen, die seit der Muttermalentfernung stets größer wird - aber ich komme einfach nicht zu einem Termin. Schade! Organizationally, unfortunately, very poorly set up! Um 13 Uhr waren 10 Leute mit Termin, als ich um 13:30 für meinen 14 Uhr Termin kam standen die Leute im Stiegenhaus (15 Stück)und ärgerten sich uber die zeitgleichen Termine...nach bestimmt 20 Anrufen in Warteschleife und nicht annehmbar... Konnte ich meinen Termin von mir und den beiden Kindern nicht mal absagen. Bestimmt nie wieder. Unfortunately, she did not come to the doctor due to several conflicting appointments. At 1 p.m. there were 10 people with an appointment, when I came at 1:30 p.m. for my 2 p.m. appointment the people were standing in the stairwell (15 pieces) and were annoyed about the simultaneous appointments ... after about 20 calls on hold and unacceptable. .. I couldn't even cancel my appointment for myself and the two children. Definitely never again.

Bin gespannt, wie die nächsten Untersuchungen ablaufen bis jetzt alles top, bis auf das lange Warten jemanden für die Terminvergabe zu erreichen.. Seit heuer ist auch mein Freund bei ihr Patient und er war auch sehr zufrieden mit der Behandlung. Ein Stern Abzug: Eine telefonische Terminvereinbarung ist sehr schwierig.
