★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem ich vier Monate leider nur abgewiesen und mit meinem Problem alleingelassen wurde bewies Fr. Dr. Penz als einzige Ärztin Kompetenz und Menschlichkeit. Innerhalb von fünf Tagen war alles erledigt. Biopsie mit unsichtbarer Mininarbe, CT sofort am nächsten Morgen, Abklärung im Labor, Entwarnung am Sonntag, ihrem freien Tag, nur um mir eine weitere schlaflose Nacht zu ersparen. Sämtliche Termine, wie CT und Termin in der Plastischen Chururgie, wurden von ihr organisiert, ich musste sie nur wahrnehmen. Frau Dr. Penz ist kompetent, mitfühlend und menschlich. Sie macht mehr als nur ihren Job und hat ihre Berufung wohl zu ihrem Beruf gemacht. Danke für ein zuruckgegebenes Stück Lebensqualität.
Unfortunately, after four months of dismissal and leaving my problem alone, Fr. Penz is the only doctor with competence and humanity. Everything was done within five days. Biopsy with Invisible Mininarbe, CT Immediately Next Morning, Laboratory Exam, All Clear Sunday, Her Day off, Just to Save Me Another Sleepless Night. All appointments, such as CT and appointment in the Plastic Chururgie, were organized by her, I just had to take it. Miss Dr. Penz is competent, compassionate and humane. She does more than just her job and has made her vocation her job. Thank you for a returned piece of quality of life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ärztin ist sehr nett u. auch kompetent, ich frag mich nur immer warum man einen Termin ausmachen muss wenn man trotzdem eine stundenlange Wartezeit (wie bei jedem Kassenarzt!!!) hat! Dass es etwas dauert ist mir bewusst aber 6 Patienten gleichzeitig da stimmt etwas nicht beim Zeitmanagement!
The doctor is very nice u. also competent, I always ask myself why you have to make an appointment if you still have an hour-long waiting time (as with any health insurance !!!)! I am aware that it takes some time but 6 patients at the same time there is something wrong with the time management!
