M	Michaela Adam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich habe in der ordination angerufen, um für eine darmspiegelung eine krankmeldung zu bekommen. ich denke jeder mensch hat ahnung wie es einem dabei geht. in der ordination angekommen wurde meine ecard verlangt (was ja normal ist) doch dann hatte man mich gebeten im warteraum platz zu nehmen und zu warten bis ich aufgerufen werde. ich war erstaunt über diese aussage und habe nochmals nachgefragt warum dass so sei - wie will mich frau doktor untersuchen....? .... muss sie mich vorher abhören, oder mir in die Augen schaun um festzustellen das ich für meinen arbeitgeber wegen einer darmspiegelung eine krankmeldung benötige??? ein Witz.... nach einer halben stunde habe ich mir erlaubt nochmals nachzufragen wie lange es noch dauern wird, weil ich sonst meine Termin zur darmuntersuchung versäume... die assistentin bei der anmeldung hat mich angeschnauzt... ich komme eh als nächstes dran... wieder ab zurück in den warteraum. dann schien es so als würde ich dran kommen, da war aber noch ein patient im ordinationsraum 2, der auf Frau doktor wartete. nach einer dreiviertel Stunde hat es mir gereicht und habe wütend die ordination verlassen.... mich sehen die NIE wieder! dienst nach vorschrift ist ja gut und recht... aber diese vorgangsweise finde ich persönlich übertrieben!!! i called the ordination to get a sick note for an colonoscopy. I think everyone has a clue how one is doing. When I arrived at the ordination my ecard was requested (which is normal) but then I was asked to take a seat in the waiting room and wait until I was called. I was amazed at this statement and asked again why that was the case - how does Ms. doctor want to examine me ....? .... does she have to listen to me beforehand, or look me in the eye to find out that I need a sick report for my employer because of an colonoscopy ??? a joke ... after half an hour I took the liberty of asking again how long it would take, otherwise I would miss my appointment for an intestinal examination ... the assistant at registration snapped at me ... I'll be next anyway ... back to the waiting room. then it seemed as if it would be my turn, but there was still a patient in ordination room 2 who was waiting for Ms. doctor. after three quarters of an hour it was enough for me and left the ordination angrily ... they will NEVER see me again! Service according to regulations is all well and good ... but I personally think this procedure is exaggerated!

Eine wirklich hervorragende Ärztin, die nicht um den heissen Brei herumredet, sehr genau ist und fachlich top. Die Damen am Empfang sind sehr freundlich und kennen sich gut aus, was keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist!! Ich finde es gut, dass kein Termin benötigt wird, ich kenne es bis auf Dr. Broschek nicht anders. Hat man sich angemeldet, ist es möglich währenddessen andere Dinge zu erledigen und zum gesagten Zeitpunkt wieder zu kommen. Dass man wegen einer Krankmeldung zur Ärztin hinein muss ist für mich logisch, vor allem als neuer Patient, würde das Sorgfalt nennen!! Ich kann die Praxis, wie gesagt, nur empfehlen. I moved from another practice to Dr. Tschanett changed. A really excellent doctor who doesn't ignore the bush, is very precise and technically top-notch. The ladies at the reception are very friendly and know their way around, which is not a matter of course! I think it's good that no appointment is needed, I know it except for Dr. Brooch is no different. If you have registered, it is possible to do other things in the meantime and to come back at the specified time. It is logical for me that you have to go to the doctor to report sickness, especially as a new patient, that would call it care !! As I said, I can only recommend the practice.

Frau Doktor setzt sich mit jedem ihrer Patienten in höchst professioneller und einfühlsamer Weise auseinander. Eine sehr tolle und liebe Ärztin! Miss Dr. Chanett and her entire team prove that despite being ill, you can feel well cared for as a person. Ms Doktor sits down with each of her patients in highly professional and sensitive way apart. A very nice and lovely doctor!

Familiäre Stimmung, und ein angenehm positives Gefühl beim Betreten der Ordination. Bei der Untersuchung selbst nimmt man sich Zeit, und fühlt sich verstanden. Es wird auch an eher unwahrscheinliche Ursachen/Krankheiten gedacht, die zur vorliegenden Symptomatik passen. Die Wartezeiten sind für einen Kassenarzt am Land absolut vertretbar, 30min sollte man aber Vormittags schon mindestens einplanen. Have very good experiences! Very friendly team, from the reception to the doctor herself. Family atmosphere, and a pleasantly positive feeling when entering the surgery. The examination itself takes time and feels understood. It is also thought of unlikely causes / diseases that fit the present symptomatology. The waiting times are absolutely reasonable for a cash doctor in the country, 30 minutes but you should plan in the morning at least.

Trotz grossen Andrangs sind die Damen an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Um ihren Patienten geringe Wartezeiten zu ermöglichen unterstützt eine zweite Ärztin die auch sehr nett ist Frau Dr. Tschanett. Despite the big crowd, the ladies at the reception are very friendly. In order to enable her patients to have short waiting times, a second doctor who is also very nice supports Dr. Tschanett. Die Praxis ist gut ausgestattet und die Sprechstundenhilfen sind auch sehr freundlich. Man muss schon Wartezeiten in Kauf nehmen aber dafür wird sich dann auch für einen selbst Zeit genommen. Absolute Empfehlung. A doctor with heart, she listens to say really something that is really rare nowadays. The practice is well equipped and the receptionists are also very friendly. You really have waiting periods but take it will then also be taken for a self-time. Absolute recommendation.

Die Ärztin nimmt einem komplett die Angst vor dem Arztbesuch und diagnostiziert auf wunderbar lockere und kompetente Art. Auch die Wartezeit war meines Erachtens vollkommen normal und die Erstaufnahme durch das Team von Frau Dr. Tschanett sehr freundlich. Abschließend kann ich diese Ärztin nur wärmstens Empfehlen This was my first time with Dr. med. Chanett and I'm totally excited. The doctor takes a completely the fear of visiting the doctor and diagnosed in a wonderfully relaxed and competent manner. The waiting time was in my opinion perfectly normal and the initial reception by the team of Dr. med. Chanett very friendly. Finally, I can only warmly recommend this doctor
