Czyste chamstwo i nic więcej. The drama begins at the reception. I have never encountered such unpleasant service in my life. Something terrible. This lady should not have contact with people. Pure rudeness and nothing more.

Die ordination ist komplett neu und modern eingerichtet. Seine Assistentinnen sind nett und hilfsbereit. A great doctor with a lot of empathy. He takes his time and clarifies everything medical in detail. The office is completely new and modern. His assistants are nice and helpful.
S	Sonja Jiricek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier hat man das Gefühl nicht Willkommen zu sein, Urlaubsvertretung machen zu müssen dürfte eine Belastung sein, ist man akut Krank.....wird man nach einem Termin gefragt was soll das ? - auch die Freundlichkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig....von den Wartezeiten möchte ich gar nicht sprechen...… und ständig der Text ….als erster kommen die Patienten mit Termin, dann welche immer zu uns kommen....die eigenen … und dann irgendwann die anderen welche notwendigerweise einen Arzt brauchen ..ärgerlich ! Here one does not have the feeling of being welcome, having to do holiday shows should be a burden, if one is acutely ill ..... one is asked for an appointment what should that be? - The friendliness left a lot to be desired .... from the waiting times I do not want to speak ... ... and the text .... Das "Empfangskomitee", sprich Rezeption ist durchaus freundlich und bemüht und Herr Dr. Hensely-Schinkinger nimmt sich Zeit und ist ein kompetenter Allgemeinmediziner, wie es nicht mehr viele gibt. Leider oft lange Wartezeiten, aber wenn man etwas genauer beobachtet, kann man leicht feststellen, wann es günstig ist diesen Arzt aufzusuchen. Zuerst kommen immer die Injektionen und Infusionen, sodass man da schon mal über eine Stunde warten muss, wenn man gleich nach Ordinationseröffnung kommt. 2-3 Stunden später ist es schon ganz easy und man wartet nicht mehr so lange. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Competent and friendly! The "reception committee", that is reception is quite friendly and endeavored and Dr. med. Hensely-Schinkinger takes his time and is a competent general practitioner, as there are not many. Unfortunately, often long waiting times, but if you watch a little closer, you can easily determine when it is convenient to visit this doctor. First, there are always the injections and infusions, so you have to wait there for over an hour, if you come right after ordination. 2-3 hours later, it is quite easy and you will not wait that long. I can only recommend.

T	Tamara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein sehr toller Arzt! Weiß ganz genau wie man mit Kindern umgeht , sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Dame an der Rezeption kann ich leider nicht als kompetent bezeichnen, sehr unhöflich , nicht zuvorkommend,lässt Patienten die einen Termin (!!!) haben mit einem Kind 50 minuten warten , wenn man nachfragt wie lang es dauert bekommt man die Antwort "10 Minuten" im grunde waren es 50 Minuten! Obwohl Patienten die nach uns gekommen sind,schon wieder weg waren. Sehr schade hätte 5 Sterne gegeben , aber dank der Rezeptionsdame bekommt der wirklich tolle Arzt 1 Stern abzug! Unfortunately, I cannot describe the lady at the reception as competent, very rude, not courteous, patients who have an appointment (!!!) with a child have to wait 50 minutes, if you ask how long it will take you get the answer "10 Minutes "basically it was 50 minutes! Although patients who came after us were already gone. It would have been a shame to give it 5 stars, but thanks to the receptionist, the really great doctor got 1 star deducted!
