N	Nina Csiky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann den Unmut hier über angeblich unfreundliche Assistentinnen absolut nicht nachvollziehen und kann dem nicht zustimmen. Meine Familie und ich werden immer sehr gut betreut. Das Fr.Dr. Stangl viele Patienten hat, spricht nur für ihre fachliche Kompetenz und dass man mit langen Wartezeiten rechnen muss, ist auch klar. Fr. Dr Stangl ist nämlich eine Ärztin, die sich Zeit für Ihre Patienten nimmt. Ich bin froh, dass wir so eine tolle Ärztin INKLUSIVE Assistentinnen bei uns im Ort haben. I absolutely can not understand the displeasure here about allegedly unfriendly assistants and can not agree with that. My family and I are always looked after very well. The Fr.Dr. Stangl has many patients, speaks only for their expertise and that one has to expect long waiting times, is also clear. Ms. Dr Stangl is a doctor who takes time for her patients. I am glad that we have such a great doctor INCLUSIVE assistants in our place.
S	Sabine Andrs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frau Dr. Stangel ist eine ganz liebe und sehr kompetente Ärztin die sich für jeden Patienten die Zeit nimmt die er braucht. Natürlich kommt es manchmal dadurch zu Wartezeiten doch jeder Patient wünscht sich ja gut behandelt und beraten zu werden. Zu den 2 Assistentinnen kann ich nur sagen dass sie nie unfreundlich waren, vielleicht manchmal im Stress doch das ist ein großer Unterschied! Alles gute und weiterhin viel Erfolg Miss Dr. Stangel is a very nice and very competent doctor who takes the time he needs for each patient. Of course it sometimes comes to waiting times but every patient wishes to be well treated and advised. To the 2 assistants I can only say that they were never rude, maybe sometimes stressful but that's a big difference! All good and continue much success

Ich komm aus Reisenberg..Der Nachbarortschaft und hab mir in einem unfräundlichen Ton anhören dürfen dass ich mir doch einen anderen Arzt suchen solle. Auf die Frage wo es denn andere Ärzte gäbe hab ich als Antwort bekommen: darum solle ich mich selber kümmern. Und dann hab ich noch gesagt bekommen ich solle doch nach Hof fahren. Zur Ärztin hat mich diese Frau nichtmal durchgelassen. Gott sei Dank hab ich gestern bei unserem Betriebsarzt in der Firma eine Diagnose bekommen. Magen Darm Grippe ist ja auch was ganz harmloses.. immerhin habe ich dann zumindest eine Krankmeldung ausgestellt bekommen.. Zum Ambiente im Warteraum: etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber OK Personal: unfräundlich und nicht sonderlich hilfsbereit Ärztin: keine Auskunft da ich sie nicht gesehen habe Fazit: Wenn ihr kein mittendorfer seit geht da erst garnicht hin weil es Zeitverschwendung ist Keine Empfehlung von mir .. The neighborhood and I was allowed to hear in an unfriendly tone that I should look for another doctor. When I asked where there were other doctors I got the answer: I should take care of that myself. And then I was told I should go to Hof. This woman didn't even let me through to the doctor. Thank goodness I got a diagnosis from our company doctor yesterday. Gastrointestinal flu is also something quite harmless .. at least then I got a sick note issued .. The ambience in the waiting room: a bit old, but OK Staff: unfriendly and not particularly helpful Doctor: no information because I haven't seen her Conclusion: If you haven't been to Mittendorfer, don't even go there because it's a waste of time No recommendation from me ..

Frau Dr. Stangel öffnet ohne Vorankündigung oft Ihre Praxis nicht, das dürfte auch bei den anderen Ärzten in der Umgebung bekannt sein, wenn man als Vertretung zu denen geht dann bekommt man zu hören: Na was ist diesmal, schon wieder nicht da. Die beiden Damen im Vorzimmer sind ziemlich voreingenommen, die Art und Weise ist nicht zeitgemäß, so geht man mit seine Mitmenschen nicht um. Die Ärztin ist zwar bemüht aber der Grund warum ich endgültig gewechselt habe war: 2 Stunden gewartet bis ich dran gekommen bin, Ärztin hat mir was andrehen wollen aber nicht den Arztbrief gelesen und mir keine Zuweisung mit Chefarzt Genehmigung ausgestellt und ich musste mich wieder für eine weitere Stunde in den Warteraum setzten und als nach 3 Stunde die Frau wegen meines Verbleibes angerufen hat stellte sich eine der Empfangsdamen vor mir und hat mir das Telefonieren verbieten wollen. Totale Anspannung, null Dienstleistungsgedanken, eine Schande für unsere kleine Gemeinde. Unser neuer Bürgermeister hat ihr vor Jahren den Hof gemacht und die neue Praxis +++ eingerichtet usw. das dürfte ihr meiner Meinung nach zu Kopf gestiegen sein und seit dem glaubt sie die beste Ärztin der Welt zu sein und sich alles erlauben zu dürfen. Ich finde das Schade, wie man mit Menschen in diesem Jahrtausend umgeht! Ich habe Gott sei Dank einen neuen Arzt gefunden und der ist wirklich Top, fühle mich total wohl. Da merkt man was es bedeutet in guten Händen zu sein! I myself was a patient with this doctor for a few months. Miss Dr. Stangel often does not open your practice without prior notice, this should also be known to the other doctors in the area, if you go to them as a substitute then you get to hear: Well, what's this time, not there again. The two ladies in the anteroom are quite biased, the manner is not up-to-date, that is not how you treat other people. The doctor tried hard, but the reason why I finally switched was: Waited 2 hours until my turn came, the doctor wanted to sell me something but didn't read the doctor's letter and didn't give me a referral with the chief doctor's approval and I had to go back for one Put another hour in the waiting room and after 3 hours the woman called about my whereabouts, one of the receptionists stood in front of me and wanted to forbid me to make calls. Total tension, zero service mindset, a shame for our small community. Our new mayor courted her years ago and set up the new practice +++, etc. In my opinion that should have gone to her head and since then she has believed to be the best doctor in the world and to be allowed to do anything. I think it's a shame how you deal with people in this millennium! Thank god I found a new doctor and he is really great, I feel really good. You realize what it means to be in good hands!
O	Osmane Erbas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alleine beim telefonieren können sich hier sehr viele Ordinationen ein Beispiel nehmen zwar nie eine Behandlung gehabt aber wenn sie schon so nett telefonieren kann es nur gut sein. DANKE A lot of ordinations can take an example here just by making a phone call, although they have never had a treatment, but if they make a nice phone call, it can only be a good thing. THANKS

Ich bin froh so eine Ärztin zu haben, die sich Zeit nimmt für ihre Patienten, sehr kompetent ist, sich die Sorgen anhört und für ihre Patienten immer da ist. Die zwei Damen bei der Anmeldung sind auch sehr nett und bemüht einem alles recht zu machen. Also ich bin sehr zufrieden. Und die Leute die nur am meckern sind, sucht euch doch einen anderen Arzt bevor ihr ein tolles Team runter macht. Echt lächerlich solche negativen Rezensionen zu schreiben. I can't understand the negative reviews, but that's typically Austria - always just nagging. I am glad to have such a doctor who takes the time for her patients, is very competent, listens to their worries and is always there for their patients. The two ladies at the registration are also very nice and try to please you. So I am very satisfied. And the people who are just complaining, look for another doctor before you put down a great team. Really ridiculous to write such negative reviews.

Sie kann toll mit den Ängsten Ihrer Patienten umgehen, dadurch fühlen wir uns bei ihr sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Möglichkeit im Trentino derweil die Wartezeit zu überbrücken ist perfekt. Hoffentlich können wir dieses ,, Angebot´´ bald wieder nutzen. We are super satisfied and love going to this doctor. She is great at dealing with the fears of your patients, so we feel that we are in very good hands with her. The possibility of bridging the waiting time in Trentino is perfect. Hopefully we can use this "offer" again soon.
S	Su Kr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Stangel ist wirklich eine sehr nette Ärztin und nimmt sich für alle Sorgen Zeit - auch die beiden Assistentinnen sind sehr freundlich . Ich hoffe sehr, dass es so bleibt, da es auch für einen Patienten einfach angenehmer ist und man sich viel besser fühlt wenn man schon zum Arzt muss :) dr Stangel is really a very nice doctor and takes her time for all worries - the two assistants are also very friendly. I very much hope that it stays that way, because it is simply more pleasant for a patient and you feel much better if you have to go to the doctor :)
