Und hier bin ich fündig geworden. Vom ersten Moment wird man extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit behandelt. Danke an das tolle Team ? After my old family doctor retired, I was desperately looking for a new one, where you are not just a number. And here I found something. From the first moment you are treated extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks to the great team ?

Eine Bilderbuchordination wie sie heute äußerst selten zu finden ist. Dr. Plank is a doctor who exudes great calm, takes time for his patients and really listens to them, plus assistants who are always in a good mood, who laugh and joke and yet are fully understanding for the patients. A picture book ordination that is extremely rare today.

Er versucht die Symptome zu analysieren und dann zu helfen. Was mir gefällt ist, dass nicht gleich bei jedem Vorfall ein Medikament verschrieben wird sondern versucht wird ohne Chemie eine Linderung oder Heilung zu erzielen. Nicht unerwähnt lassen möchte ich das medizinische Personal am Empfang, im Labor oder Physioraum. Immer freundlich und hilfsbereit auch bei grossen Andrang wie z.B. jetzt mit den vielen Covid Tests. Ein herzliches Danke an die ganze Praxiscrew! Doctor N. Plank is a friendly and knowledgeable doctor who is responsive to his patients' concerns. He tries to analyze the symptoms and then to help. What I like is that a drug is not prescribed for every incident, but rather an attempt is made to achieve relief or a cure without chemicals. I would also like to mention the medical staff at reception, in the laboratory or in the physio room. Always friendly and helpful even when there is a big crowd, e.g. now with the many Covid tests. A big thank you to the whole practice team!
