Geht mit dem Covid19 Teststäbchen raus und fährt damit in die Nase des Patienten welcher draußen am Parkplatz wartet und geht daraufhin mit hochgehobenem Stäbchen welches eigentlich nach dem Testen in ein behälter gehört in die Praxis zurück. Unterwegs vom Parkplatz zur Praxis sammelt er wahrscheinlich sämtliche Bakterien und Viren in der Luft und dann will er dem Patienten sagen ob der test positiv oder negativ war? ?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️ wie unseriös!!! What kind of doctor is that, please? Go out with the Covid19 test stick and drive it into the nose of the patient who is waiting outside in the parking lot and then go back to the practice with a lifted stick, which actually belongs in a container after testing. On the way from the parking lot to the practice, he probably collects all the bacteria and viruses in the air and then he wants to tell the patient whether the test was positive or negative? ?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️ how dubious !!!
J	Jacqueline Zegers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb zelden zo’n botte en onvriendelijke assistente van een arts meegemaakt. Ik kwam omdat ik erg ziek was en helaas had ik een verzekeringspasje met een verlopen datum omdat in Nederland het VGZ alleen nog digitale pasjes geeft. Daar heb je in het buitenland niets aan kwam ik achter. Echter de assistente wilde er niet eens naar kijken. Ze ging mij niet helpen omdat op het fysieke kaartje niet de juiste datum stond. De digitale versie met de juiste datum, die ik ook had, wilde ze niet bekijken. De alarmcentrale van het VGZ wilde het wel naar ze mailen maar de kliniek had geen e-mailadres volgens haar. Ze was totaal niet bereid om ook maar enigszins behulpzaam te zijn. En ik stond daar totaal beroerd te zijn. Vervolgens vroeg ik of ik dan wel geholpen kon worden als ik contant betaal. Daar kon ze dan geen ‘nee’ tegen zeggen omdat dit wel gebruikelijk is in Oostenrijk. Deze mevrouw hoort niet te werken in de gezondheidszorg met zo’n totaal onwillige houding om mee te denken in oplossingen als iemand overduidelijk ziek is en om hulp vraagt. I have rarely seen such a blunt and unfriendly assistant to a doctor. I came because I was very ill and unfortunately I had an insurance card with an expired date because in the Netherlands the VGZ only issues digital cards. That is of no use abroad, I found out. However, the assistant didn't even want to look at it. She was not going to help me because the physical card did not have the correct date. They refused to view the digital version with the correct date, which I also had. The emergency center of the VGZ wanted to e-mail it to them, but the clinic did not have an e-mail address, according to her. She was not at all willing to be helpful in the least. And I stood there, totally devastated. Then I asked if I could be helped if I pay cash. She couldn't say 'no' to that because this is common in Austria. This lady should not work in healthcare with such a totally unwilling attitude to think along in solutions when someone is clearly ill and asks for help.
