★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War am Anfang nicht so begeistert. Aber das lag nicht an der Fr. Doktor. Sondern war 20 Jahre bei Fr.Dr. Gramberger Patientin. Aber habe festgestellt die Fr. Doktor nimmt sich Zeit und die beiden Jungen Damen sind auch sehr freundlich und kompetent.
 Wasn't that excited at first. But that wasn't up to Mrs. Doctor. But was 20 years with Fr.Dr. Gramberger patient. But I noticed that the doctor takes her time and the two young women are also very friendly and competent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Fr.Dr.Anastassova ist sehr bemüht sich um die Patienten zu kümmern.
Ich war immer Patientin von Dr.Gramberger, sie war die Vorgängerin und ging in Pension. Bevor Dr.Anastassova kam gab es eine Übergangszeit in der wurde ich mit Familie vorgestellt und gesagt das die neue Fr.Dr. uns weiterhin so gut begleiten soll, das eäre Fr.Dr.Gramberger ein Anliegen. Genau so war es und Dr.Anastassova versucht ihr Bestes, ersetzen kann sie nie alles daher soll man auf neue Ärztinnen auch eingehen jnd zusammen schafft man das es eine gegenseitige Verbindung von Patient zu Arzt wird und umgekehrt. Perfekt ist niemand aber man kann manches entschuldigen.♡
Mrs.Dr.Anastassova tries very hard to take care of the patients.
I was always a patient of Dr. Gramberger, she was the predecessor and retired. Before Dr. Anastassova came, there was a transitional period in which I was introduced with my family and told that the new Mrs. Dr. should continue to accompany us so well, that is a concern of Fr.Dr.Gramberger. That's exactly how it was and Dr. Anastassova tries her best, she can never replace everything, so you should also respond to new doctors and together you can create a mutual connection between patient and doctor and vice versa. Nobody is perfect but you can excuse some things.♡

She devotes enough time and directs competently to further specialists (if needed). My mum is feeling safe and in the perfect hands with her.
