Very unfriendly and racist. The manager is very rude. The customers are not the same. The foreigners are for them like the wild animals. The foreigners should go somewhere else.

Auch in akuten Notfällen kann man sich an die Apotheke wenden und es wird immer und jederzeit eine Lösung auch für schwierige Probleme gefunden - vielen Dank dafür!!! Extremely competent and nice advice, great that a parking lot right in front of the pharmacy. Even in acute emergencies you can contact the pharmacy and it is always and always a solution for difficult problems found - thank you !!!

Letzte Woche waren wir allerdings sehr spät dort und mussten den Nachtdienst in Anspruch nehmen. Wir haben wir ein paar Mal geklingelt und nach einiger Zeit kam auch eine Mitarbeiterin herein. Sichtlich unerfreut darüber dass sie aus dem Schlaf gerissen wurde, fragte sie uns barsch was wir wollten. Nachdem wir ihr gesagt haben was wir bräuchten, kam der Oberhammer. Super frech wurde unsere Bestellung mit "Schön für Sie" quittiert, wonach sich die Dame auch noch ohne weiterer Worte umgedreht hat um das Medikament zu holen. Wir blieben ein bisschen sprachlos zurück und wussten nicht was gerade hier schief gelaufen ist. Nachdem die Mitarbeiterin nur noch angefressen gefragt hat ob wir den Betrag eh bar und genau mithatten, sind wir nach Bezahlung wieder schnell abgerauscht! Sehr schade, gerade nachts sind Menschen oft in einer Notsituation und können so etwas nicht benötigen. Und falls man nicht gerne geweckt wird, ist der Job im Nachdienst einer 24h Apotheke nicht gerade optimal .. Aber tagsüber sind wir echt gerne dort deswegen immer noch 4 Sterne!! Super nice pharmacy during the day with great staff, lots of advice and pleasant parking! Last week, however, we were there very late and had to take the night shift. We rang the doorbell a few times and after a while an employee came in. Visibly uncomfortable that she was woken from sleep, she asked us harshly what we wanted. After we told her what we needed, the hammer came. Our order was super cheekily acknowledged with "Schön für Sie", after which the lady turned around without further words to get the medication. We were left speechless and didn't know what went wrong here. After the employee asked only eaten up whether we had the amount in cash and exactly, we quickly got into a hurry after payment! It's a shame, especially at night, people are often in an emergency and cannot need something like that. And if you don't like being woken up, the job in the after-hours of a 24-hour pharmacy is not exactly ideal. But during the day we really like being there because of it still 4 stars !!
