Ich fühle mich verarscht!? jetzt habe ich keine Medikamente mehr aber das ist denen ja wurscht! I have received three promises from assistants that the prescriptions will be sent to me, because I am a risk patient, I have never received a prescription! I feel ripped off! ? now I don't have any medication but they don't care!

I mean what kind of kind is that? Is that how you treat patients?

Ich bin sehr froh das es noch Ärzte gibt denen Qualität und ausführliche Beratung ein wichtiger Bestandteil in Ihrem Beruf ist, dass gibt es leider nur noch sehr selten! Ein herzliches Dankeschön für jahrelange gute Beratung und Unterstützung meiner Familie!
