A	A R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Besuch liegt zwar schon einige Zeit zurück, trotzdem möchte ich noch meine Erfahrung widerspiegeln. Abgesehen von der Wartezeit, was bei Kassenärzten mittlerweile eh normal ist, verlief die jährliche Muttermalkontrolle leider nicht gut, ich fühlte mich schnell abgefertigt, es wurde sich meiner Meinung nach nicht genügend Zeit dafür genommen. Das kenne ich von anderen Hautärzten anders. My visit was some time ago, but I still want to reflect my experience. Apart from the waiting time, which is now normal with statutory health insurance physicians, the annual mole check did not go well, I felt quickly dealt with, and in my opinion not enough time was taken for it. I know that differently from other dermatologists.

D	Daniela Rief on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Anliegen wurden zwar alle in 15 Minuten erledigt, obwohl ich trotz Termin eine halbe Stunde warten musste, aber dies geschah auf SEHR kompetente und freundliche Weise, dass sowohl das Warten, als auch das "schnelle Abfertigen" gar kein Thema ist. Ich kann diese Ordination nur empfehlen. Erwähnt werden sollte noch, dass in der gesamten Praxis, auch im Warteraum HANDYVERBOT besteht - finde ich super - da kann man sich mal wieder mit sich selbst, als auch den anderen im Warteraum, beschäftigen - das sollte es öfters geben! M	Melli Lechner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am Telefon sehr freundlich. Konnte aufgrund meiner Beschwerden noch am gleichen Tag kommen. Die Wartezeit war auch nicht so lange wie gedacht. Auch vor Ort waren alle sehr freundlich und ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Noch ein Tipp, man sollte sich über Email melden. Geht schneller! Very friendly on the phone. V	Verena Prantl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte eine akute Erkrankung und fragte spontan um einen Termin, da ich das nicht erst in zwei Monaten behandeln lassen wollte. Mehr als unfreundlich wurde mir mitgeteilt, ich könne kommen, müsste aber mit einer Wartezeit rechnen. Ich willigte ein (was blieb mir anderes übrig?) Dann begann der Wahnsinn. Drei Stunden sah ich zu, wie jeder einzelne vor mir drankam, sogar wenn der Warteraum komplett leer war und ich dachte "jetzt muss ich doch mal dran kommen" warteten sie so lange, bis wieder jemand kam und nahmen diesen zuerst dran. Eine Unverschämtheit. Klar, wenn man keinen Termin hat, muss man ein bisschen länger warten, aber das war reine Schikane. Dazu kommt noch die unglaubliche Unhöflichkeit der Sprechstundenhilfe. Nie wieder sieht mich dieser Arzt! I had an acute illness and spontaneously asked for an appointment because I didn't want to have it treated in two months. This doctor will never see me again!

E	Elke Schatz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Trenkwalder ist ein total unfreundlicher Arzt, anstatt dass er mich beraten hat und gesagt hat was ich habe, wurde er wütend und ausgefallen weil Ich nicht geimpft bin.Gut dass er bald in Pension kommt. Das restliche Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr nett. Dr. Trenkwalder is a totally unfriendly doctor, instead of advising me and saying what I had, he got angry and failed because I haven't been vaccinated. It's good that he will retire soon. The rest of the staff is very friendly and very nice.
