Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen! A shop that I will definitely not enter again. Arrogance is paired with a large portion of arrogance. No comparison to earlier times ... Not to be recommended at all!

j	jim panze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin/war jahrelange Kundin beim Neuroth, jedoch ist es mir nun schon mehrere Male, bei meinem letzten Besuch extrem aufgefallen: es kommt sehr auf den verkäufer an!! es gab mal eine Verkauferin die wirklich ein ganz tolles Gespür dafür hatte, was einem steht und was nicht (die erste Brille die sie mir gegeben hat, habe ich dann auch gekauft), jedoch war ich in den letzten 1,5 Jahren meist bei den Verkäufern die sehr ungeschickt versucht haben mir das Teuerste aufzuschwatzen. vor ein paar Wochen wären wir fast gegangen, weil es schon genervt hat, wollten eine ray ban sonnenbrille kaufen, haben das mehrmals gesagt und sie kam immer wieder mit sehr teuren Brillen an... optische gläser für die Sonnenbrille sind auch teurer als in den anderen Grazer läden. Bei der Top Beratung, welche auf den Kundenwunsch eingeht, die ich mal gewohnt war, würde mir das nichts ausmachen. da ich die aber die letzten Male nicht gemerkt habe, habe ich meine Sonnengläser mit Stärke wo anders günstiger bestellt. Beim nächsten Augen ausmessen für neue Gläser, werde ich es vermutlich noch mal probieren, aber nur beim Chef, da hatte es bei der letzten Brille auf den 2. Anlauf gut geklappt (bin sehr anspruchsvoll was die Brillengläser angeht) I was / was a customer of Neuroth for many years, but I have noticed it several times now, on my last visit: it really depends on the seller !! there was once a saleswoman who really had a great grasp of what suits you and what doesn't (I bought the first glasses she gave me), but I've been with them for the past 1.5 years Sellers who tried very clumsily tried to gossip the most expensive thing for me. a few weeks ago we almost went because it was already annoying, wanted to buy ray ban sunglasses, said this several times and they always came with very expensive glasses ... Optical glasses for sunglasses are also more expensive than in other Graz stores. With the top advice, which responds to the customer request that I was used to, I would not mind. since I haven't noticed them the last few times, I ordered my sun glasses with strength somewhere else cheaper. The next time I measure eyes for new glasses, I will probably try again, but only with the boss, since the last pair of glasses had worked well on the second attempt (I am very demanding when it comes to the glasses)

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen, die ihr Handwerk verstehen und unendlich geduldig mit schwierigen Kunden wie mir sind, tolle Auswahl, Marken, die ich sonst noch nirgends angeboten bekommen habe und stilvolles Ambiente. Brillenkauf ist Vertrauenssache und bei Optik Lammer ist man in sehr guten Händen. Great place for a couple of reasons. Very friendly employees who know their craft and are infinitely patient with difficult customers like me, great selection, brands that I have not been offered anywhere else and a stylish atmosphere. Buying glasses is a matter of trust and you are in very good hands with Optik Lammer.
