Ich war der Verkäufer. Die Käufer hatten irgendwie Probleme mit der Überweisung. Das Geld war nicht fristgerecht am Konto. Als ich den Kontoauszug erhielt auf dem ersichtlich war dass noch nicht überwiesen wurde war ich natürlich besorgt. Die Kanzlei hätte mich nämlich nicht mal informiert. Und selbst auf aktives Nachfragen war es nicht möglich sinnvolle Informationen zu erhalten. Auch nach Übergabe der Wohnung keine Bestätigung durch die Kanzlei dass die Überweisung hoffentlich bald vorgenommen wird. Ich kann als einzig positives anführen dass die Sekretärin am Telefon immer sehr höflich war. Nicht zu empfehlen! Unfortunately, I cannot share the positive reviews. The firm acted as contract builder and trustee in the context of a home sale. I was the seller. The buyers somehow had problems with the transfer. The money was not in the account on time. When I received the account statement on which it was clear that the transfer had not yet taken place I was of course worried. The law firm wouldn't even have informed me. And even when actively asked, it was not possible to obtain meaningful information. Even after the apartment has been handed over, no confirmation from the office that the transfer will hopefully be made soon. The only positive thing I can say is that the secretary on the phone was always very polite. Not recommendable!
