Nach 25 Jahren Treue zu einem anderen Optiker war ich nicht mehr ganz zufrieden und wollte eine Alternative zumindest ausprobieren. Kurzfassung: Alles perfekt! Mir wurden von den tausenden Brillen 3 vorgelegt, die ich alle hätte nehmen können. Es war natürlich die 1., die ich probiert habe, obwohl mein Gesicht nicht ganz einfach ist. Genau so stelle ich mir eine perfekte Beratung vor. Preislich sicher nicht die billigsten, ich trage meine Brille aber jeden Tag, somit völlig in Ordnung. I came to Optik Kroboth on the recommendation of a friend. After 25 years of loyalty to another optician, I was not completely satisfied and wanted to try an alternative at least. Short Version: Everything perfect! I was presented with 3 of the thousands of glasses that I could all have taken. It was of course the first one I tried, although my face is not that easy. That's exactly how I imagine perfect advice. Priced certainly not the cheapest, but I wear my glasses every day, so perfectly fine.

Herr Trauner aber auch die anderen Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und kompetent. Auch die Dame am Telefon war so freundlich, da kommt man gerne wieder! Once again I needed two new glasses and this time I was thrilled again. The boss and Mr. Trauner but also the other employees are very friendly, courteous and competent.
