★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Brille ist kaputt gegangen. Verzweifelt fuhr ich zum Fachgeschäft. Ich wurde sehr unfreundlich abgefertigt. "Da kann man nichts mehr richten. Eine Lötung kostet etwa 30 Euro..." meine nochmalige Bitte, zumindest kurzfristig zu kleben wurde wieder sehr unfreundlich zurück gewiesen ..
Frustriert ging ich zu Hartlauer und dort wurde ich sehr freundlich und interessiert begrüßt. Binnen kurzer Zeit wurde meine Brille fachmännisch geklebt. Bekam Kaffee und Wasser angeboten und kaufte erleichtert gleich eine neue Brille dazu.
Liebes Team von Eichholzer .. geht mal zu Hartlauer und lernt....
My glasses broke. Desperately I drove to the shop. I was handled very rude. "It's not possible to fix anything anymore, a soldering costs about 30 Euro ..." My repeated request to stick at least in the short term was again rejected very rudely.
Frustrated, I went to Hartlauer and there I was greeted very friendly and interested. Within a short time my glasses were expertly glued. Got offered coffee and water and bought a new pair of glasses with relief.
Dear team of Eichholzer .. go to Hartlauer and learn ....
