Normalerweise wird man dort total freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Dieses mal war es leider nicht der Fall. Wir hatten eine junge blonde Dame, die sich überhaupt nicht gekümmert hat und meinte wir sollten die Brille doch einfach mit Tixo zuhause zusammen kleben, da sie ja nicht zaubern könne. Hat mich persönlich ein wenig schockiert weil ich mir da doch ein bisschen Höflichkeit erwarten hätte, da wir noch gesagt haben, dass mein Mann ohne Brille nicht wirklich was sieht. Da ich schon seit langem Kunde bin in Perg bin ich da ein bisschen enttäuscht Auch beim Brille suchen für eine neue, war sie leider keine große Hilfe. Man hatte eher das Gefühl sie hat absolut keine Lust meinen Mann zu beraten oder ihm zur Seite zu stehen was jetzt passt oder nicht. Wir haben dann zuhause seine Brille mit Superkleber zusammen geklebt und hoffen dass die neue Brille bald kommt. We were there last week because my husband lay down on his glasses while he was sleeping and the temples broke a bit as a result. Normally you are treated very friendly and courteous there. Unfortunately it wasn't the case this time. We had a young blonde lady who didn't bother at all and said we should just glue the glasses together with Tixo at home, since she couldn't do magic. Personally, I was a bit shocked because I would have expected a bit of politeness, since we said that my husband can't really see anything without glasses. Since I've been a customer in Perg for a long time, I'm a bit disappointed Unfortunately, she wasn't much help when looking for a new pair of glasses. One had the feeling that she had absolutely no desire to advise my husband or to stand by his side as to what was right or not. We then glued his glasses together at home with super glue and hope that the new glasses will come soon.
