April im Geschäft Optik Bischel Brillen anprobiert und mich für zwei entschieden (wenn der Preis passt), habe meine Rezept für die ÖGK dort gelassen, um den Preis evtl. etwas Humaner gestalten zu können. Leider habe ich bis heute am 20. April noch keine Antwort erhalten. Mitlerweile kann ich mir auch das Rezept für die Brille am Hut stecken. Hätte ich mir doch woanders eine Brille geholt, sollte die ÖGK nicht einen richtig Unterstützenden Betrag zahlen. Die Beratung war sehr angenehm, aber das bringt mir leider nichts ohne einer neuen Brille. Ein Anruf heute war leider auch nicht möglich, da schon um 12:10 Uhr der Öffnungszeitenansage aktiviert wurde. Wirklich schade, ich hätte mir hier mehr Einsatz gewünscht. I tried on glasses in the Optik Bischel store on April 8th and decided on two (if the price was right), but left my prescription for the ÖGK there so that I could possibly make the price a little more humane. Unfortunately, I haven't received an answer by April 20th. In the meantime I can also put the prescription for glasses on my hat. If I had got myself glasses somewhere else, the ÖGK shouldn't pay a really supportive amount. The consultation was very pleasant, but unfortunately that doesn't help me without new glasses. Unfortunately, a call today was not possible either, as the opening hours announcement was activated at 12:10 p.m. It's a real shame, I would have liked more effort here.

Getroffen bin ich auf ein Team, welches in ihrer Beratung und Betreuung, Kontaktaufnahme wenn die neue Brille abholbereit und bei Behebung kleiner Mängel sehr bemüht und wirklich freundlich ist! Wärmstens zu empfehlen, falls man eine Brille braucht & komme immer gerne wieder dorthin! I absolutely needed new glasses and this optician was recommended to me! I came across a team that is very keen and really friendly in their advice and support, making contact when the new glasses are ready to be picked up and correcting small defects! Highly recommended if you need glasses & love to come back again and again!

Sehr Bemüht und sehr Kompetent muss man wirklich sagen, die Nette Dame hat mir sogar meine Brille die am Nasensteg gebrochen war, Profi sorisch, aber sehr gut zusammen gestellt das ich sie Tragen kann bis das neue Gestell ankommt. Ich selbst hab es Probiert, bin daran aber Verzweifelt. Ich kann dieses Geschäft wärmstens empfehlen Top optician, really very nice and friendly employees. Very hard and very competent you really have to say, the nice lady even gave me my glasses that were broken on the nose bridge, professional, but very well put together that I can wear them until the new frame arrives. I've tried it myself, but I'm desperate about it. I highly recommend this shop

Erwarte bald mein erstes Kind und brauchte dringend eine provisorische Reparatur des Brillengestells. Die Dame war so freundlich, hat uns nett bedient und sofort nach einer Lösung gesucht. Konnte die Brille innerhalb kurzer Zeit am selben Tag kostenfrei wieder holen. Nächstes Jahr wird meine neue Brille definitiv wieder bei Ihnen bestellt. Vielen Dank :) My entire family has sworn by Optik Bischel for years. Has been back for many years today. I am expecting my first child soon and urgently needed a temporary repair of the glasses frame. The lady was so friendly, served us nicely and immediately looked for a solution. Was able to retrieve the glasses within a short time on the same day free of charge. You will definitely order my new glasses again next year. Many Thanks :)
